Space, pool, all was there from washing machine to iron.

Everything, very comfortable and spacious. All you need like at home. Only proper pan was missing everything else was there

- The A/C in the living room was leaking for the entirety of our stay, the staff attempted to fix it but we had to use buckets and towels to prevent the water from leaking further into the room. It was very hot outside so A/C was needed. - The water pressure often failed, resulting in A) no hot water or B) no water at all. This mainly happened in the mornings and evening around dinner time. - The road towards the villas (outside of the gate) is filled with holes, cracks and broken on many places. We arrived by car and almost destroyed our tires driving up this hill towards the gate. Please FIX this road; it's not acceptable for guests to drive through a warzone in order to reach the gate!

We went off-season and our stay was so peaceful and quiet! The beds were comfortable and our sleep was not disturbed. A great location close to Lindos, plus the village of Lardos itself is cute and offers everything you need. The pool was amazing with clean water due to the filtering system, a true highlight of our stay! The staff was kind and helpful, they always greeted us and were there to help us out whenever we had a question/issue. The areas are very well maintained everyday by the staff.

One lamp fell in one of the bathrooms. Luckily, no one was standing under it during that time. As we stayed with two families and cooked at least twice a day we would have loved a little more cutlery and pots/pans.

It was a modern and clean place. Also private and felt secure. The pool was amazing. The kids loved it, as did the grownups. The pool was cleaned every morning. Very spacious rooms. Although the upper rooms are connected with the stairs outside, this was a little unexpected but totally manageable. One of the kids lost his cuddly toy during the sheet changing and it was found and returned :) Thank you!

This is just a feedback … Check out could be extended at least for 1h . When you are on holiday you don’t like to wake up earlier and get ready in rush- like your normal day- you come there to relax but not be in rush . 11AM or at least 12 will make people happy . This is just my feedback

One of the bathrooms started giving off a bad smell halfway through our stay. Not much was done to fix it. We also started running out of hot water halfway through the day. Maintenance had come into check it and we were told that its fixed but it wasn’t 100% fixed.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are huge. Really good facilities and only 1 hour drive from Rhodes Airport. We would definitely come back.

Sometimes hot water ran out, not really a big problem during hot summer weather.

Great room size with everything you need. Comfy bed, very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool right outside door. Lovely friendly helpful staff and great location. Clean, modern decor. Details for arrival etc sent in advance. Free parking on site. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The complex with all facilities, the staff, the villa was clean, and the pool was cleaned on a daily basis. The equipment in the villa is just perfect for a vacation stay in the villa.

Amazing staff, facilities and location. I would recommend this to anybody looking to vacation on the island. Very quiet but within walking distance to the beach and many nice restaurants in Lardos. We hope to be back as soon as possible!

Like other guests mentioned as well, the pool was losing color which was rubbing off on our skin when we touched it. So whenever we went for a swim we left the pool with blue feet and hands. We were told the color was „eco-friendly“ and not a health hazard but tbh I am never 100% sure about these things :/. Anyways, the super friendly lady at the reception was very apologetic about it which we appreciated and also assured us they were going to fix this over the off season and have the color replaced by tiles. So if you’re reading this planning a trip in 2024 you can hopefully expect this to be resolved by then. One small thing that could be improved is adding a glass door to the shower because currently despite having a (small) glass wall, it’s basically inevitable to make most of the bathroom wet when you shower.

The place is quite new, 2023 was apparently their 2nd season. Hence the quality/ condition of most things and facilities is very good. Good AC, comfortable beds, nice and clean bathrooms, plenty of kitchen supplies. What I want to point out is how friendly and forthcoming the lady at the reception was. We were even able to check out later without and extra fee. Sometimes we got (friendly + shy) goats visiting at the pool which we personally found fun :D. I can recommend the place.

Decor is a bit basic, ikea style but it does the job.

It’s exactly how described. Great location, we had the Travertino villa which had private pool. Amazing view over olive tree fields and sea.

You definitely need a car for the location. Stayed in a suite on the reception floor and could get quite echoey with the voices of staff and guests in the morning.

Room was spacious and clean. Quiet and peaceful location. Cleaners came every 2 days and to replaced towels. The goats were a plus for us, we found them very entertaining lol.
