Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe Owner is really nice! He made sure, that we had everything that we wanted. Nearby are very good restaurants. The town is peacefull and quiet however, we were here in May that is preseason and not a lot of turists arrived yet.

• Apartment: * Close to the sea * Great pool on the roof with an exceptional view * We had 1 balcony + 1 terrace * Spacious room. Facilities are well thought through, clean & had everything we needed. Not superfancy, but practical, perfect for great days on the beach: a rack for wet clothes is available on the balcony, cooking plate, fridge, plates & cutlery, kettle, hangers, etc. • Beach: sand and a bit of gravel, not crowded, barely any people in mid September 2022, perfect for relaxing & peace & quiet, a beautiful place • Good restaurants in close vicinity • The host was super helpful and responded quickly • How to get there from the Airport Kalamata: * The host organizes a transfer if notified >24 h before * We went by taxi (bc we were too late with the notification), 42 e per car, indicated by a table near the taxi stand * Bus: google: "Kalamata - Koroni bus" for the time table. Ca. 5 times a day. Bus stop Kalamata airport: on the main road, ca. 100 m from the airport, red bus station, on the side of the airport. Schedule shows only the times, when the bus leaves from Kalamata (city) (!) -> a few minutes later at the airport. Bus stop in Chrani: "right at the tree" on the other side of the supermarket, near the bakery Bake. The bus was late for 30 min. • A rented car is recommended to reach other places. Public transport is very limited. All in all a great place to be, deserves better rating in our opinion.
