We loved everything

I stayed here over the weekend with my best friend and we both agreed it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much for them, we had the best stay ever!

Everything. I am very fussy about cleanliness and thus property is exceptionally well maintained. Location is fabulous: can walk to the old Harbour in 5 minutes. Rooftop terrace is a lovely quiet space to sit and relax, read, have a coffee or glass of wine.. Rooms are superbly designed using beautiful wood finishing. Lots of care and attention has gone into making the spaces functional and elegant. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Valia and her team are genuinely hospitable and gracious, and care that their guests enjoy their stay.

We love the vibe of the hotel. Great location, clean, new, quiet and very chic. Valia was amazing! She gave us small sweet treats of their local delicacies. She also arranged our taxi to and from airport and kindly adjusted the timings due to our flight delays ☺️ we also met one staff who welcomed us in the hotel - also very friendly and kind. ☺️ - Vasil&Kristine (London)

Even though our room was on the smaller side, we didn’t mind as we are just a couple. The building and room were beautifully designed and pristine! Modern, minimalist, elegant decor. Valia was an exceptional host! She answered all questions and had tons of suggestions. She also always had a surprise treat in store every day! Great location since it is a bit away from the crowds of Old Town but close enough where it’s steps away.

My fiance and I have been travelling for a month throughout Europe, we stayed in Amalfi, Santorini, and all the nice lux places, however we felt very much at home here. The cleanliness and the Japandi architecture is so JUST a bonus to the place. What really made it outstanding was the people, from the cleaner lady, to the momma, to the front desk guy, to Valia! We love you Valia! We really felt the Greek hospitality, they are extremely generous, caring, and kind. My fiance and I just got engaged and they gave us goodies to make it more special. I honestly can't wait to come back and bring our family here. Valia is super responsive, she helped us with booking our taxi, renting our vehicle, our super late check in, and also filled our tummies with goodies. No need to browse around, this place is the best place to stay as its super central to everything. If you come in early, don't worry, they actually store your luggage in a locked and secure room. Although we didn't get to meet them too much, we felt the love! Thank you Thallos <3

What’s not to like 🤔

Everything, from the welcoming arms of mama when we arrived and she directed us around to Thallos entry and Valias lovely welcome, we could leave our bags as we were early. The facilities were very clean and modern. Perfect in every way.

Everything was perfect

Great location, super clean and good size bedroom with very comfortable bed and a nice terrace. They offered us some fruits, coffee and cakes for every day we were there which made our breakfast. The last day they even offered us a little souvenir. Great place to stay!!

There was no enough space for hanging our wet towels and clothes. Also the sink was a little bit low for us.

It was nice and good located and the stuff was friendly and kind. They gave us a lot of beverages during our time in Chania.

the best hotel I have ever been.. always clean, has all the facilities, the room is so beautiful and modern... The hosts were so kind and helpful with any question we had and help as also with the restaurants and where to go and what to visit... also every day in the room we had somethind new fruits, cake , wine.. And without something extra to pay.. the last day we also found a presenr from the hosts to remember chania.. really the best hotel in chania

The room is a bit small, it lacks closet space and a drying rack.

The location is excellent. The place is very clean and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

Shower ventilation is not so good so the room gets very humid after a shower or a hot tub. The toilet cabinet is far from the shower which turned out not to be very convenient. But generally, the room is very comfy.

The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Valia was very welcoming, she offered complimentary cookies and cakes daily. We were gifted a complimentary Raki bottle and chocolates too :D. The rooms is very comfortable and the beds too. The hotel is very close to many bars and restaurants that are a walking distance. 6 mins walk to the marina.

Room was a little small, but we were in the middle of the old town in Chania - so it didn't bother us.

Just a couple little things. The room had a few shortcomings in terms of practicality such as: it was impossible to go to the toilet without without waking the co-sleeper. After the shower the water remain on the floor. More towel hooks
