How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Since our room was on the first floor and this part of town has lots of restaurants and bars we could hear some noise from the street at night.
The location was definitely a plus. The room was comfortable and clean with a very friendly staff.

the staff seemed a bit lost sometimes but they were friendly nevertheless.

The hotel contacted me before the trip to arrange an airport transfer, the driver of which met us upon arrival to Greece. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly - making all of us (including my 7-year-old child) immediately feel welcome. The room didn't feel spacious, but accommodated 3 of us (2 in a bed, and 1 in a pull-out couch that the staff had turned into a bed before we arrived). The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The Internet was strong. The hotel couldn't have been better located -- we essentially could walk anywhere we wanted to go in central Athens (e.g. the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki Square, Syntagma Square, etc.) in 20 minutes or less. There were also plenty of great restaurants within a 2-3 block radius.

Elevator is quite small. Two people can hardly fit in with luggages.
Everything was great. We enjoyed stating here. The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing all main attractions are within the walking distance. Terrace of the room is very good to enjoy acropolis view. Also the staff is very kind and helpful. Definetely consider staying again.

Perfectly located within walking distance of all major landmarks, easily accessible by metro from Athens International Airport. The staff was very helpful; they assisted me in organizing a car rental, which was conveniently delivered to the hotel and later returned at the airport. We had an excellent stay

It was a bit noisy at night because of the bars right by the hotel but nothing too bad
First of all the location, right by the Main Street, you can go anywhere by foot, even to the acropolis. The staff was incredibly helpful, we got to the hotel at 10:30 am and even though the check in time is at 15:00 we got an early check in for free. The rooms were huge and extremely clean.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet room (we were on one of the upper floors - the lower ones might be a little noisy at weekends) with all the necessary facilities, but what really makes this special is its location: smack dab in the heart of a labyrinth of bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Ultra-convenient if you are there for a city break. What's more, the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace is quite breathtaking.

Little noisy outside at night because of a bar if your windows are street side. But always very good option to join the crowd.
Location is perfect. Close to everything, easy to reach from airport with the bus and a little walk. On a small street close to main points.

Amazing welcoming staff, so helpful in facilitating and accommodating every request (The car rental request was top notch). I enjoyed the location, so central to almost everything you need to see and busy areas of Athens. Ah and my suit.. wow I loved it. Recommended and definitely will be back. 🥂

It is the perfect location, next to the central street but on a quiet street. The hotel was new and comfortable, there was an elevator which is great for a pregnant woman :) Very nice and welcoming staff.

Excellent place: top-rate service, attention to details, etc. The room was great and very clean, the staff was very friendly and patient with any special request, and I would recommend Enattica Suites to anyone.
