Exceptional views especially at sunrise

We had no water to shower quite often due to water shortage on the village side as they explained us. There was not coffee or tea available in the room to enjoy while watching the amazing view. Very basic breakfast only between 9-10am.

The noise and music coming from the restaurants until the very late hours, made it impossible to sleep.

The room was good, except the bathroom (which is not shown in the pictures). The breakfast was ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was ok, I was a bit disappointed that our room didn’t had the sea view. The main reason I booked this place, was because of it.

During some hours(especially afternoon)the water didn’t have flow and even sometime it stopped running. One of the balcony doors lock was broken and it didn’t lock. The TV only had German speaking channels. We didn’t notify anyone, bc we only stay there for 2 nights.

Overall the apartment was in good condition.

Everything was perfect. Only water pressure was problem, as staff explained, same problem is in whole village, so property in a whole, is nearly excellent.

The house is a bit old and need some renovation. Small bathroom with bad ventilation. Breakfast is very basic, but managable for week stay.

Great location. It has everything that is needed for a vacation stay. Very comfortable bed, great balcony with sea view. Owner extremely nice and responsive. New sheets and towels every day.

No kettle for tea and coffee making in room. Bathroom very small with shower curtain too short. Room was a bit dusty. Staff made effort to accommodate, but there was very little vegan food at breakfast.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned and some parts are ready for renovation. The staff was not rude, but we didn’t feel like they were very thoughtful or welcoming either (could have been the language barrier).

Spacious room (# 104) with a hallway and separate bathroom. The bed is really comfortable and you can leave the window open as there is a mosquito protector. It is only a minute walk to the beach (FYI - no beds are provided by the hotel). a stroll to the city center is takes approx. 10 minutes.

The internet connection in our room was very unstable and the price of breakfast, which was on a sheet in the room, was different from what was being charged. The room was quite small, not much space for suitcases. And the shower had a curtain instead of glass, which made the bathroom very wet every time we showered.

The view from the room is wonderful and the staff was very friendly. It's also sister to another hotel by the sea where you can enjoy the facilities. The city center is very close with many restaurant options.

There was a mix-up with the room, allegedly due to covid-related issues, but the room wasn't clean when we arrived. The staff wasn't there, but they arrived as soon as they could. They allowed us to leave the baggage inside and we decided to go to the beach. We were promised a dinner as an apology, but the dinner never happened. I don't care about it, but people, never promise something you can't deliver! Another minor inconvenience was that the staff had issues with English and it was problematic to understand each other.

The accommodation is near the beach, the staff was helpful and pleasant, the yard was cozy. Generally it's worth the money. When there was an issue with the room, the housekeeping lady came as soon as she can to fix it up.

when we showered the bathroom floor became a small pool.

the location is great, just opposite the beach. The apartment is very basic, specially the kitchen and bathroom, but it was very clean. You can walk from the apartment to the main streets of Afytos. They offered us a bottle of wine and some food which was delightful to eat and drink when we arrived. The apartments are surrounded by a nice garden, in several terraces that are very nice.

It is sorounded by vegetation so there are a few bugs and mosquitos. There is a net to the terrace & a soket device for bugs, so all you need is repellant spray.

Amazing view, comfortable room, daily clean-up, coffe in location, quiet, spatious and felt like a piece of heaven.
