A few cosmetic details could be tended to, but nothing that was a problem. There were no toilet leaks or bugs as noted in earlier reviews, and the management set us up and left us his number if we needed anything, which we didn’t!

Excellent location, especially in shoulder season! We weren’t looking for a loud party neighborhood, so we were thrilled to have a big room with a gorgeous view without the noise. Most of the places nearby were in the process of rejuvenation in anticipation of the coming crowds, but we found nice, also uncrowded, restaurants with friendly service. The price was beyond excellent!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it was fine. And it would have been nice to have kitchen towels for dishes, but we worked that out too. Nothing serious.

We liked that we could cook our own breakfast and even a couple of lunches. We loved the sea view and enjoyed our balcony in the evening listening to the music. Loved the beach!

Bathroom was dirty and small bread beetles were in the kitchen, and sometimes in the bed. Nobody took the trash out and changed towels while we were there and the cleaning equipments were disgusting. The host did not answer to our questions but the lady from boat rental ltd could help to us. The room was quite loud sometimes we could not sleep until 1 am. The toilet did not work well, the flushing came back.

Location and distance from the city center. The view from terrace was wonderful. The car parking was easy and free. The lady asked to pay cash, but we could not pay cash, but they accepted the card. We could occupy the accomodation late.

- Pin on booking.com is placed wrongly, it was hard to find the accommodation as we did not type the address, but used the map. So we had to walk 300 meters and compare the balconies on the street. So it's the last building by the port. Though nice lady from the boat tour shop greeted us and showed the room quite fast. - Communication with the host is bad. There are probably more people managing the property, but after I called for the first time, they listened to me talking in English and dropped the phone. - There was no hairdryer. We requested it on Wednesday in the morning, I sent a few reminder messages and we received it on Friday in the afternoon. - Water in the shower is quite cold in the morning, though it's hot in the evening. - On the stove top only one heater was working, and it was slow. Not the best place if you plan to cook. - There is a karaoke place right under the balcony. We were lucky as mostly it was empty, but one night it was very noisy.

Great location, amazing view and terrace. Easy to find a parking spot, great value for money if you are coming for the view or a beach. There is a kettle and a toaster, AC is working. Beds are quite comfortable and there was a bottle of chilled water in the fridge for us.

it really, really, really smelled overwhelmingly of cigar smoke. It was also insanely noisy outside until about 3am…..my fault really for booking somewhere in a party town!

The location is right in the port and in the center where the city`s main nightlife takes place. The best part of the apartment is the view from the balcony ...harbor, coastline, mountains...it`s beautiful.

The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is nice and we ware in apartment 6 thats on the top floor and the view from the balcony is amazing. If you don`t plan on renting a car you can come from the airport by bus and it will only cost you 3,10€ and you only need to take one bus. DON`T TRUST TAXI DRIVERS. They will try to scam you and tell you that you need to take 2 different busses. but you dont. And if you are planing on renting a car rent it online and not in a rent a car office they will also try to scam you.

Ideal location, everything was on the doorstep... cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, beach, excursions and city centre. Apartment clean, tidy, all facilities in the apartment from cutlery, oven, sink and everything in between, also nice and spacious. Staff did not bother you but were there in an instance if you did come across any issue. Overall great value for money and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location, situated exactly in the agrement port of Hersonissos, the pick up of the key was very easy, you have a safe locker with the key and room card, also they was very friedly as they let us to do early check in, after a night on the ferry, was very kind from their part. You can park the car near by, o the next street.

Shower screen rather than a curtain would be preferable. The apartment is in a very lively area so it can be a little noisy.

Number 6 on the third floor is a one bed apartment with kitchen and balconies at the front and back. Amazing sunrise from the balcony and great sea view of the harbour and mountains. The apartment is above shops, bars and discos. As a result it is very lively at night. However the double glazed doors block out most of the noise. Powerful air conditioning in living area and bedroom. Smart TV with the usual online streaming services to sign into. Very clean and new bedding and towels. Basic cooking facilities but all you need for a few snacks. Good fridge with ice box. Bathroom could do with updating. A shower screen would be better than the shower curtain. Very good value for money. Great and friendly customer service. Hersonissos has a great mixture of bars and restaurants. Lots of watersports on the beach. The local people are incredibly friendly.

very noisy all from noon on. Surrounding clubs played music loud until 3 AM. There were no staff around to ask for extra linens and no clean towels were available. In four nights the garbage was not collected and we did not know where to take it. And toilet paper must be put in a garbage can in Greece, not flushed. It is an older hotel that has not been updated to current standards. it reminded us of properties we stayed at in the mid 90s. They would not take a credit card for payment but wanted cash.

Very nice and spacious rooms with one amazing view. The hosts let us check in early and stay late and even drove us to heraklion for free on our last day. Highly reccomended. Scored an amazing price probably because it was off season, but unbeatable for value for the money.

The bathroom is small, but big enough for me. Some water leakage to the bathroom floor that makes you wet on your feet.

Beautiful studio apartment, lovely sea view with morning sunshine and great location. Friendly staff. Must be the best hotel on the island at that price.
