We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe only downside is parking. This is becoming a problem all over Greece. Convert the space next to the hotel into a car park and restaurant.
An amazing conversion of an old mansion into a boutique hotel. The room was really nice and the garden very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal for walking to the shops and sites.

United StatesI stayed in Patras because I arrived on the ferry several hours late and didn't want to go on to my planned destination at that point. I had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant as well as a great breakfast. Whether you stay there or not, the restaurant is amazing. It's one of those places where you can have creative, delicious meals at better than reasonable prices because it's in a town not known for its cuisine. And the hotel is great as well. The staff took wonderful care of me.
