Super peaceful location yet only a 3 minute walk to the harbour and shops and restaurants. The property was perfectly clean and Fotis had left us a lovely welcome pack of food, water, fruit and wine. All the beds were made and the towels were lovely and large. Sunbeds by the pool all very nice quality. The property is immaculately decorated. There is parking for one car. Kitchen is really well equipped.

Nothing, even the last little hill to the front door can be managed easily, just remember there is no rush.

Perfect location, far enough out of the village to be peaceful but not too far to walk in, (takes about 10-15 mins on foot,slightly longer on the way back due to the hill over the last 25 metres). So you don’t need a car. The infinity pool is wonderful , best thing to cool off after a hot day, not a massive size but enough for a few strokes, (no shallow end so not great for small children) The villa itself is light and airy and very comfortable with everything you could need, the views from its many balconies and patios is second to none, overlooking the village of Kassiopi, and the mountains beyond, even catching a glimpse of the sea passed the village. The bedrooms are spacious, all en-suite , with plenty of storage, and all on different levels so offering a large degree of privacy and most importantly the beds are wonderfully comfortable. We were looked after wonderfully from the moment we arrived, and the whole place gives off an aura of peace and tranquillity.

We liked everything.

The property is exceptionally organized and well designed. Each space has style and comfort. Is well isolated but few minutes from the busy area and few Amazing beach. The host is always keen to help and make your stay perfect. Best choice on the island.

Beautiful villa! Great views, great host. Excellent location (short walk to the harbour and beaches). Brilliant welcome pack - fresh fruit, bread, butter & jam, milk, juice, wine, ham & cheese, salad. Especially liked the upstairs terrace with cushioned seating area and the best views!

Well equipped and managed by staff who were extremely helpful - immaculate presentation for our early season visit and would certainly re book. Location was far enough back from the main town with a 4 minute walk - and as the name suggests it’s up hill on the way back. We couldn’t complain about anything - other than perhaps the temperature of the pool with an April vacation as it’s not heated, other than that it was 5* for us.

The WiFi doesn’t work upstairs but it’s quite nice to switch off from the world too, so not the worst thing.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the harbour and brilliant views over the hills and down to the town. The villa is very modern and decorated really nicely. We were there when it rained a lot and spent much more time in the villa than anticipated so we were very glad to have such a nice home to stay in. The pool is small but perfect plunge size. Would highly recommend for a couple or filling it with 6 people too.

A hidden gem!, the beautiful villa combined with the spectacular location with close proximity to the harbor, restaurants, shops and beaches made it the perfect vacation for our family. Further the service and support from Voula and Fotis was excellent, and we will for sure return to this hidden gem.

Spacious house, wonderfully maintained and very clean, with swimming pool that kept the kids happy while we were relaxing. The upstairs balcony is another highlight, beautifully decorated, offering a great spot to enjoy sea views. The welcome basket is super generous, with fruits, vegetables, wine, snacks, eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, milk, and more. The communication with the host was also great, she was waiting for us at the location to give us the keys; the house was easy to find. The location is good, very close to the port with restaurants, cafes and all you need. We enjoyed our stay and had bonding family time. Thank you for your hospitality
