How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Kitchen is small but who cares when they're is so many fabulous eateries!
Best location, quiet village spot but 1 minute to main street. Modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Good air con and nice bathrooms. Spacious apartment with nice balconies off lounge and bedroom. Keleigh popped in to check everything was good and was really friendly and helpful. Loved this place. Don't hesitate to book.

Perfect accommodation in the centre of Kassiopi in the silent street. Except great equipped apartment, we could also use large terrace on the roof. I also highly apprieciate communication with our host and fully reccomend this accommodation.

The Wi-Fi was a little bit patchy….but not really a big deal.
The roof terrace was fabulous, with good views and plenty of shade. The apartment was clean and very well presented. It is near the beaches and lots of lovely restaurants. Air conditioning worked a treat as the temperature rose in July!

There is nothing to dislike.
The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and in the perfect location for everything. The roof top area is amazing, absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend this apartment and also the Petrina Restaurant on the Harbour which is also run by the owners. Communication and instructions were very good indeed. We hired a car and visited many other areas in north Corfu and Kassiopi was in our opinion the best for all your needs with or without a hire car and also has a lovely atmosphere.

The only issue was a non-working WiFi for the first 2 days, but it was connected to the recent storms which happened on the island, owner reacted immediately and finally it got fixed.
The property is recently renovated, everything works really well. Owner was very helpful, during a weekly stay we got the apartment cleaned 2 or 3 times which was unexpected but nice.

Nothing! We were so happy with everything.
It was the perfect accommodation for our stay, it was so close to everything-bars/restaurants/shops. we loved the roof terrace and spent time up there, the property was a really good size. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and more. The plastic beer tankards in the freezer were a lovely surprise!

I didnt like the way the owner did the pictures of the property, letting you understand you have the sea view from his apartament and is very close to the sea because is not: you dont see the sea and its 15 minutes walking at least. Second , I didnt like the way he treat me : I booked one deluxe apartment, wit 2 bedrooms, that has a small private piscine on the ground floor( that I see it from a coment of a previous visitors) and the owner send me a message that he upgrade my apartment and give me the suite with 2 bedrooms and a living room without the piscine on the first floor and took the apart with 2 bed rooms and the piscine for other guests ( what kind of upgrade is this maybe only the Greeks know); and we were 3 persons wife and kid ....this was very disgusting and unpolite. Didn't say nothing on the spot because I didnt want to ruin my holiday. But for this you deserve 2 not 9 how a give it to you The third one, I didnt like the sniky way he put the villa on booking ...he has apartments on the private ground floor with piscine but dont say it on the description to have the space to change as he wish, under the name of the upgrading..
The property is located in a good area, closed to the centre and port with the restaurants. The first 2 nights the AC dosent work, but he manage to fix it on the 3 day from 4 ; it was relatively fast if we think that is the month of august

The only downside is no parking at the villa, but available within a short walk.
Location: just off the village centre, easy walking distance from amenities, restaurants, beaches.

Keleigh, our host, was very friendly and receptive even before we arrived and until after we left. The location was also fantastic - right in the center of Kassiopi with walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and spacious and everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was in excellent condition. 10/10.

We received a very warm welcome with great communication. The location is great, really close to Kassiopi centre and the beaches off the main street so nice and quiet at night. The apartments are brand new, very clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a simple meal (sharp knives, grater, pots, pans, peeler, oven dish etc). The bathroom was clean and easy to use with great water pressure (useful for washing long hair!). All the rooms had Aircon and the bed was comfortable. We were very lucky to be upgraded so we had a little private pool and sun loungers! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back

we would have liked some info in the apartment for guests to help us get orientated. A map some tourist info. etc. Kassiopi does not have a tourist info centre so we had to find everything out bit by bit.
the location was perfect for us. there was no food in the apartment at all.
