Short trip for Business , excellent location , courteous staff eager to help from the reception , lobby and also the restaurant . Excellent breakfast with variety of choices from continental and also local products . Ideally located in the confines of the new and old town , walking distance from the tourist attractions and also the new shopping centre. Menu in the restaurant was very good with vegetarian options also.

Modern conveniences can come with a short learning curve.

Hotel appeared brand new, with loads of modern conveniences. Location was a one minute walk from the gateway to the old town.

The only blemish and why I am rating the hotel a 9 instead of 10 is the women staff at the front desk I felt could use better training in knowing how to greet a guest. In contrast, The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial and friendly.

The hotel is new and centrally located with restaurants, the bus station, food markets, and the beautiful Mediterranean sea coast all within walking distance. This is the 2nd time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel also has a tourist information office next door to assist you in booking tours.

Our room didn't have a proper a window you could open. That said, I think we booked the last available room and the other rooms looked to have windows and balconies.

At first, I had concerns that it doesn't have a sea view, but I was totally surprised by the luxury, technology in the room, cleanness, and the location, the breakfast was 5 stars and the chef welcomed us and passed by the table asking for any additional orders

The hotels pool is not a real pool, just a big jacuzzi located next to the restaurant bar. So it’s a bit uncomfortable to go there wearing just a bathrobe through the crowd of people enjoying their meal. I think administration of the hotel should change the description of the hotel.

When we arrived we were booked for an economy room but because my wife and I were on our honeymoon we were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was so nice of them. The amenities are great! We used the gym and sauna multiple times. The beds are also so comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The room itself was beautiful and felt luxurious and clean. The restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast is so good with a wide variety of options. But the biggest highlight for us was all the staff. They were very kind and passionate about providing a great experience for their guests. Some of the best staff members I have ever seen at a hotel. So I thank them for everything. The location is also great as it is right outside the busy and very nice old town. If you are staying in Chania, look no further as this hotel is your best option.

Cannot fault anything. Minor comment - the pool isn’t particularly big and is next to the bar, but I would not expect a massive pool in a city hotel. But if you’re after an Olympic sized pool then it’s probably not the right place ;) (Having said that, a nice beach is only 10min away!)

Stayed at the hotel for 6 days: - Perfect location - right on the edge of the old town, at the same time close to all the other facilities (eg shops, restaurants, main bus stop, if you fancy a day trip to Rethimno or Heraklion). A 5 min walk to a stunning marina. - Brand new hotel, lovely rooms, very tastefully decorated. I particularly appreciate the effort in ensuring ambient scenting in all the areas (eg delicate sandalwood, patchouli). - Spotlessly clean throughout, including lounges, gym and dining areas. - Amazing staff - from the cleaners, waiters to reception staff and the manager, everyone was genuinely lovely. - Nice food - plentiful and delicious breakfast, both the buffet and a’la carte options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new hotel nestled in the heart of Chania city, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the vibrant energy of the city. From the moment I stepped in, the service was impeccable, and the rooms were simply amazing—modern, cozy, and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to cater to every palate. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs, a perfect start to the day. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality extended by Manolis, the hotel manager, and his dedicated team. Their warmth and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this gem of a hotel on my next visit to Chania.

The AC wasn't working. The only reason it was comfortable to sleep at night was leaving the window open. But the construction sound from outside made it difficult to stay sleep.

The staff was great. The bartender who made our drinks was clearly passionate about mixing drinks. It was awesome.

Nothing to dislike!

Great location with a great and helpful staff!!! Nice pool and restaurant! Comfortable bed. Huge shower! They give you a drink at check in which was a nice touch.
