Clean and modernly furnished, smart TVs in the rooms, fast internet. Parking for guests. 2 minutes to the beach, and if you forgot an umbrella and a chair, you can take it from here. Great hosts-kind and responsive. I strongly recommend!

Unfortunately,our journey began with a car breakdown and organizing the towing and repairs was so tedious that we simply wanted to leave on the same day.But when we finally arrived at the hotel our worries and problems were blown away ,at least for a while because it gave us serenity and contentment ,we felt at home! The Apartment had a nice kitchen with a Nespresso machine and the living room and bedroom had TV's with Internet access .There was free WiFi,safe,bicycles and beach chairs for free use. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean, thank you Christina for that!In the yard there were enough parking spaces. The furnitures are modern, clean and beautiful. The parking area and the rest of the garden are organized and clean. The Apartment itself is in a great area to calm down (->is not in a noisy area), it also has 1 air conditioner in each room, which can be really helpful in a big heat. The beach is just a few houses away and Restaurants, supermarkets, smaller shops and bars are also very close. The staff is very kind and genereous. We would like to come here as many times as possible.

We traveled with the friend in the wheelchair and specifically selected this apartment, the same as last summer. It is spacious, adapted for the disabled, bathroom also. Lift for disabled available.

Enjoyed our stay very much, maybe only would have wished for more space in the bathroom, e.g. for a soap holder next to the sink.

Apartment was spacious, very well furbished (e.g. extensible couch, small kitchen, coffee machine, balcony, 2 smart TVs, 2 air conditioners) and kept in very good condition. 1 minute away from the beach. Safe, calm neighbourhood. Nice garden with a large table where we could sit and chat in the evenings.

We liked everything. The only thing to improve may be the bathroom - there was not enough place to put the toiletries next to the think.

Spacious apartment, every detail is thought in advance so that you just relax and enjoy your holidays. You even have bicycles, grill, beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the host for each apartment. The outside area is also nicely arranged so that you cad stay and enjoy an evening with your friends and family.

I can highly recommend - everything was perfect, clean, very nice. You can take a bike for free or use grill. The street is very quiet. Staff was very supportable and kind.

Everything was great, the apartemets are new, very well equipped, clean, near to the beach (near 50 meters) and the store, with private parking and own umbrellas and chairs for the beach that you can use, calm during the day and at night also.Evangelos the host and Katerina the cleaning lady were very friendly.Totaly recomendet to families with childrens.

We had to go home after 10 nights. I wanted to stay longer.

Omg! Is this place real? It s so much better than shown in the photos. It s close to the beach, clean, comfy...everything one could wish for. Our hostess Katarina ( this is my version of her name) was GREAT! On the scale from 1 to 10, I give this place 12😊

Nothing I can think of, honestly.

Evangelos, the host, was amazing. He greeted us promptly, and was available for any questions or needs we had. The property is brand new, with great interior design. In addition there were bicycles available for free, and common patio area with BBQ and communal table which worked great as we had 3 families staying at Crist at the same time.

The room was perfect. Everything is very clean, close to the beach, all the facilities you need. I was very pleased with the fact that tourists have access to umbrellas and sunbeds at the property.

there were some problems with hot water, but I guess it was just temporary. Balconi is very nice and big, too bad that it can not afford a bit more privacy as there is no separation from the next-door balcony. You just hope that the neighbor will not come out in sleeping pants while you are during your morning coffee :). But it's not big deal, really.

The apartments are brand new, at least they are looking so. It's very clean, very modern furnished and equipped. The bed in the sleeping room is very comfortable, location very good, 4-5 min easy walk to the beach (nice part of the beach in Nea Potidea) in general just in 1 min walk you can get to the beach, but not so nice part. Restourans, supermarkets, etc, in very close surroundings. They have their own parking lots. My regards to the owner-manager of the apartments Evangelos!

Evangelos was very accommodating, supper friendly and also helped arrived travel from the airport and back into the city. The room was a very amazing size, and had all the amenities that we needed, and it definitely exceeded our expectations :) Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely recommend and we will in the near future be coming back :) Thank you Evangelos (lovely guy)
