The sound insulation in the rooms is quite poor and you can heae noise from outside coming into the bedroom.

The Dolli is my new favourite hotel. Everything was exceptional. The room was peaceful, and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was perfect. The view alone is worth every penny, but everything inside the hotel was delightful.

Please note this is minor and wouldn't prevent us from returning: We booked a luxury suite. While the room was comfortable with fabulous view, the bed was situated between two walls with no space to walk around it. This meant we had to crawl in and out of bed from the foot. We're in our 40s and nimble so it wasn't a physical hardship but I can imagine it might be tough for others (getting up in the middle of the night, etc). Other than that we loved the Dolli - highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at this fabulous hotel and didn't want to leave! The staff was incredible, location superb, view stunning, and the amenities made it well worth the price point. I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary (my partner and I stayed in a separate suite), and their "bucket list" request was a rooftop with a view. Oh my gosh it was exactly what we/they were hoping for. We *loved* meeting there for breakfast every morning to plan our day AND the rooftop was lively with good layout for meeting fellow travelers in the afternoon/evening. I'm so pleased with our choice to stay here and wish the staff all the best in the future. We will be back! :)

The noise, I am so surprised that a new hotel with such thoughtful design didn't think to get the windows triple glazed, or perhaps fitted better? The street noise is next level (and I live in a city centre) with one of the nights almost impossible to sleep at all, this would discourage me from returning for sure. Cleaning staff didn't replenish any bathroom amenities so I had to ask to take a shower gel from the trolly which felt a bit weird. you also have to pay for the cooked breakfast, which isn't a problem but at this level of hotel I have never experienced this, and I feel like it lets the hotel down a bit, it should all be about relaxing and luxury and this felt like a seasonal money making tactic, and I say this because on my last day which was October 2nd they said from today it's free, and that just felt a little weird having paid the day before. Overall, wonderful stay, but if I would think twice if I had to stay for longer than a few days as I would be exhausted.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Athens, a perfect base to do all the sightseeing and shopping you could need! Hotel design is gorgeous and they have thought of almost everything (except perhaps triple glazed windows...) to make your stay comfortable. Staff so helpful and friendly, restaurant was surprisingly great and the view is epic! Breakfast was lovely, as you would expect (with one negative noted below) Room has high walls and a wonderful space to relax after a long hot day walking around. Shop nearby for drinks and snacks as well as all the food places you could possibly need!

Street noise.

The staff were amazing. IWe would rate a 10 in every category only because 11/12 is not an option. The quality of the food and the staff was superb. We needed to see a dentist,which we were able do thanks to the reception staff. We had reservations for an evening show, the doorman (Nicos? Great moustace) walked us to the door. Very kind and much appreciated.

1- The breakfast was disappointing. Very very limited variety of food and you have to pay for specific items on the menu even though my room rate included breakfast! 2- The windows aren't sound proof. If you're a light sleeper, it might be noisy. 3- The Spa and the Gym are not operational yet. Not sure when will they open. The hotel is quite expensive and these little things really irritate.

The location of the hotel was great at the heart of the city center. The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms are very nice. The pool in the roof has an amazing view.

The only thing missing was no shower facilities to use on the day of exit after checking out the room. I’d expect that at a 5*.

Honestly, I’ve stayed at many lovely hotels but this place is probably the nicest hotel out the lot. The attention to detail is crazy & everything is top tier from the moment you walk into the lobby. The room itself was probably the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in & the decor is fantastic. The roof where you have breakfast is beautiful, as is the breakfast. We moved onto one of the islands afterwards, to another very nice hotel, but it felt like a downgrade, as anything would!
