Sound from outside party keeps coming at night. Better noice insulation needed. My daughter couldn’t have proper sleep due to continuous sound from outside

More coffee pods could have been given to us in the room as we stayed for two nights, but this is a tiny tiny thing.

Beautiful room and breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were very nice and the service was fantastic. The location was also perfect! Would highly recommend.

the room was not super clean (had some dirt and sand under the carpet) and we asked for a nice street view but we got a view of an old building with some kind of tailoring factory in front of us.

great hotel in a great location. very close to everywhere. During our stay we walked everywhere not using public transport of any kind. breakfast was nice, and the room very spacious and nicely decorated

I am not such a fan of no separation in the room (103) of bathroom facilities, but they were in opaque cubicles; not really a problem for us as a married couple. Cleaning service was excellent, the free water on day 1 of a five night stay was not renewed, but tea and coffees were.

Just a few minutes away from Monastariki metro and square, with the M3 line direct to and from the airport. Walking distance to all the key ancient sites, shops, restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast set us up until about 3pm. For a central location the side street is quite quiet and the soundproofing was good.

we had a problem with the keycards, they were. constantly disfunctioning, but the staff were very helpful and helped us every time.

everything was absolutely great! the staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. the location is absolutely perfect - 3 minutes from Monestaraki Square and 5 minutes walk from Psyri. There is also a huge supermarket nearby.

i think it would be super nice to get the coffee capsules and shampoos restocked everyday. also you could here people talking in the corridor which was a little annoying. also a trash can near the sink is necessary.

the AC was working super well and it kept working even when we were out, so you come back to a warm room. the executive suite was extremely spacious and in general the design is amazing. loved how cleaned the shower area was. loved the staff. loved the luggage room and that there was a receptionist 24/7. The location was THE BEST. would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to it.

The shower pressure could work better, and the TV channels were few and uninteresting... Smart TVs would give guests the possibility to connect and watch what they want. =)

Best location, in the city center but on a quiet street. The hotel is small and intimate, with the nicest and helpful staff (Zoe was great to us!) and a great breakfast. It is also new and modern, it feels nice and clean.

Balcony has no view. Sometimes, breakfast was taking too long, and there was no king-size bed also no mirror on the vanity, but other than that, everything was great.

We took the junior suite, very nice and clean room, very nice balcony and hotel looks pretty new, excellent service with great breakfast(no buffet, restuarent style). The staff was great, really nice people willing to help with everything. Great location close to everything 5 min walking from center
