One negative site which the hotel can improve is the breakfast. They can provide more choice in the breakfast menu

We are visiting the hotel for the 3rd time and we are extremely happy about the service. First when we made the reservation I asked the room not to be next to the elevator however I got the room next to the elevator when I went down to the reception to ask for the room to be changed it was changed immediately without any problems which means the customer satisfaction for them it is on first place and I would like to thank you and to say I am very grateful. The second thing which I would like to mention is that this hotel is super pet friendly they are treating the pets as member of the family not just a pet. For my dog they have left dog shampoo and conditioner, a really soft towel special for her and treats. It was amazing and I was impressed that this hotel care for the pets, I wish more hotels to be like them. The people who work at the reception are very polite, nice and helpful.

The main bedroom doors were quite stiff. Difficult to move in and out if you have mobility issues.

The only thing I didn't like was how hot the hotel was. It was a relatively warm December, I did my best to stop the aircondition but the room wasn't getting any cooler. I had to open the windows in the night.

This hotel is probably at the best location possible, right at the heart of the city but at the same time in a safe area to walk in the night. The staff was very friendly and the hotel very elegant.

Shower in bathroom leaked water over the floor.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and al a carte menu appetizing. The breakfast room is also very comfortable but difficult to move around where the food is situated because of the shape but overall excellent!

The only tiny gripe was that the Junior suite had a terrible lack of storage space to hang clothes. It was very odd and also the shower is extremely slippy we had to put towels in the shower to stop falling. other than that perfect

Room was a little small but my biggest gripe is that it would’ve been nice to have had a little folding chair to sit on the balcony as I absolutely would’ve sat outside sipping my complimentary red wine and watching the world go by

Air conditioning could be colder, it was ok given the time of the year but at hotter times I think this would be a problem for this room. Some of the storage in the room could be improved, possibly difficult given the age/restrictions of the building but I think there is some room for modernisation. My biggest complaint would be the noise from the room we had. We were on the second floor (1st floor above breakfast mezzanine) and overlooking the main road with the late night coffee shops/wine bars. Over the weekends these are open till about 3am so there is a lot of noise coming in through the single glazed window. We knew this was a risk before we went and for one night we were ok with this, if it was more than one night I dont think I would want this room type. Maybe other rooms are quieter but our room was really noisy. At least this stopped at 3ish and didnt go on all night.

Stunning hotel in the centre of Thessaloniki, one of the small luxury hotels of the world and it really is a beautiful boutique hotel. Room was an adequate size for a one night stay and the detailings around the room were really nice. A few free treats from the hotel in the room were appreciated. Good size bathroom and adequate air conditioning. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing, we almost didnt get it due to going out for some Bougatsa first. We are so glad we made some space for a second breakfast though. It is well worth checking out if you have it included. Staff were really friendly and accommodating.
