Everything was made easy. Lovely property & breakfast was great. In addition Spyros left some lovely drinks in the fridge. We were wishing we could stay longer. Thank you Spyros for your hospitality, we highly recommend your villa to anyone who prefers to stay near the airport and so close to the beach. Amazing!

There is nothing to not like about this house

Absolutely everything! The house is perfect! Super cute, has everything you need, the location is fantastic, will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.. we loved it and wished we could stay longer in it.. we stayed in many different places during our month long travel in Greece and this house was the best of them all. The host is fantastic providing little extras to make your stay even more comfortable (e.g food/snacks & drinks). It has the cosiest lounge room, spacious hallway, kitchen and outdoor areas. It truly is a home way from home

Not very comfortable wardrobes as there are no shelves to store things. The noise of planes taking off can be heard.

Very cozy villa in Greek style near the beach. Enough space both inside and outside for a family of 4 members. Clean, tidy, beautiful.

Great location, just a couple of minutes from beaches and restaurants. Market on street outside house on Saturday morning was good fun. Small but comfortable rooms were just what we needed for a short family holiday. Spyros was very prompt with communication and sorted a taxi on arrival. He also left a lot of food and drinks for us, which was unexpected and very welcome.

Some days was noisy outside.

We would like to come to this property next year, because we had amazing holiday. Next year would be nice to come on Friday, because on Saturdays there are market's days. Fresh fruits, vegetables and fish were great to try and Spyros has everything to prepare and cook in the kitchen.

Everything. It was a nice little house with a spacious terrace in a quiet place, close to the beach and 15 minutes from the airport. Spyros was a very kind and helpful host who left us a great welcome basket. We had a wonderful stay.

This place is the most comfortable and pleasant one to stay in! We were staying for 5 days with 2 children. Fist of all when I asked Spyros if we could check in in the morning instead of 3.00 p.m. he was very kind and answered the house was already prepared for us and we could check in in the morning. The way from the airport only took us 15 minutes. The weather was very warm. Spyros met us by the front door and helped us with the luggage. He gave us the key and invited around the house and explained how to use it. There are 2 smart tv in the house, there is AC in each room. The kitchen has all necessary equipment, a lot of dishes. All rooms have nice furniture. The beds are very comfortable. There is a cosy back yard with the place to make barbecue. In front of the house there is green area with a table and chairs where you can sit and watch the see. Spyros gave us welcoming baskets with a lot of snacks, biscuits, bread, cheese, ham, there were cold beers in the fridge and vine. That was a pleasant surprise! The beach is very close, there are a lot of chaise lounges and cafes. Mini market is about 10 minutes to walk. Bakery and fruit shop is about 5 minutes to walk so if you don’t have a car you can reach them easily. There are a lot of nice restaurants around the house. The house is very comfortable and big and it really gives felling of the Greek side of the life! Spyros has been very kind and welcoming, he answered all our questions by phone quickly, he booked us taxi for the airport. I can really recommend this accommodation.

Nothing! My only real negative is that we only stayed for one night.

The host was very pleasant and welcoming, and provided a really great welcome basket. The property itself was lovely. Very traditional which we loved, with some outdoor space for a glass of wine in the evening. Located near some lovely restaurants and next to the coast. What more could you need?
