There was nothing I didn't like

Great hotel, I was on my own and it is a couples hotel really, lots of places to lie by different pools, some quieter than others. a couple of days I opted for the beach which is across the road and the sunbeds are free if you're staying at the hotel. Great selection of food for breakfast, depending on your taste and diet preferences they had it all. The layout of the hotel is attractively landscaped, I was lucky enough to share a plunge pool with 2 other rooms, It was nice to hear the water falling into the pool. I had lunch in one of the bars which was lovely, but I ate outside the restaurant for dinner and there is choice of several just outside the hotel. The spa facilities are also excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will go back if I find someone to go back with...!

Nothing to complaint.

It is a big hotel but very quiet and romantic. A lot of green, swimming pools. The beach is few meters away and all the equipment is free of charge. Excellent breakfast and stuff always helpful.

We have enjoyed our 10 days stay at this hotel but it’s not a 5* worthy hotel and okay to visit once, not to visit again. + food is great (even though the themes don’t match the food 🥘) + pools have a very enjoyable temperature and you can get in very pleasantly. - the pool furnitures are very old and not comfortable - The pool furnishings is not cleaned very well - My white swimshort begun the get yellow and green stains from the water… - The pool is very near the street and you hear the fruit selling guy’s record repeating all the time while you try to relax and enjoy the swimming pool + the room was okay + the cleaning lady really took her time to clean all the rooms and you could see this - the shower is very small, i don’t know if I could fit in in case I had some more body weight… - The airconditioning is not clean and does not chill the room fast - You could really hear the people staying next to you and as you can imagine they make sounds you don’t nead to hear even if it’s an adults only hotel - The rooms are very far from the restaurant - The hotel is more distanced from the city center as it’s described… Speaking of an adults only hotel: This is the main reason why we booked this hotel. - the hotel facing our room (513) was full of families and children, their big swimming pool was in front of our room and we could enjoy the sound of children all the time. I knew that we would be close to the airport, but I didn’t expect us to hear airplanes flying by every 10 minutes. After some days it starts to get ennoying… Besides those things the staff was very kind, and strange enough you could only see staff in the restaurants and no person taking care of the pool, waiters,.. The hotel works very autonomously and this can also be strange sometimes…

The cleaning staff would sometimes forget to top up the shampoo, shower gels when making the room. It was sometimes difficult to get hold of an iron and an ironing board.

The fact that the rooms are a bit of a walk from the sea and the reception. The beach in front of the hotel is not adults only fyi.

Wonderful location, beautiful clean minimal design, great spa, great restaurants and bars, clean. The bed has a luxury mattress that can give any type of sleeper a very comfortable sleep. It's quiet and serene. Great for relaxation.

Small details regarding the room facilities (not matching the expected 5 stars classification). The breakfast is good, but repetitive (no variety in 6 days) Also, a small bar on the beach would be helpful.

Great accomodation, with a very good location near the sea, with several restaurants and facilities. The very well-stocked shop with decent prices, the spa service, especially the massage, the 3 beautifully arranged swimming pools, with deckchairs and beds on the water, are to be commended. Regarding the room, the first 3 days we had a double room with sea view, after which, due to the small bathroom, we requested and paid for an upgrade. We received an apartment with its own pool, which was worth all the money. It is worth mentioning also the vecinity of the hotel with many restaurants, tavernas, shops, bars with live music.

As the hotel was full sun loungers by the pools were hard to find during the middle of the day none are left at any of the outdoor pools, best to get to the pools early. (End of July and beginning of August I suppose is normal for this to be the case)

Everything was perfect, Food, Cleanliness, Room size and the fact the resort offers everything you need onsite including a mini market with very good value for money items.

Even tough I booked half-braod, drinks -even the basic ones- were not included with the evening meal. It is greedy from the management. The beach is not private so it's not completely "adults only" but it's still OK.

Great location by the waterfront, ideally situateed between Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate any request you have.

The aircon on the room could be better and I would like a shelve in the shower where one could store essentials like shower gel and hair shampoo, there was no where in the shower to store anything, had to leave it on the floor. The fridge in the room could be a little bigger, it's a very, very small bar fridge, can't fit lots in there at all.

Absolutely loved the friendliness of the staff, the pools and the freedom to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, like the tennis and basketball. We loved our swim up pool room which had a great balcony and we could go straight into the pool from our lounger. The main pool area had wonderful sunbeds and a great bar, at night they had good entertainment here too. The shop on the premises is really good too with some excellent essentials like water, wine, beer and even shoes, hats and towels too. This was a wonderful stay indeed. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, loved going there everyday.

Nice room and fantastic and clean sandy beach in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly, always in a good mood and always ready to help! The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of delicious dishes.

The dinner buffet was not to our taste and having paid for dinner, bed & breakfast it was a real disappointment . The food we did try was luke warm at best which meant that by the time you got to the table it was cold . Overall , the food was the most disappointing part of the hotel as it was more large scale catered food and not fine dining. We expected more from a 4 * hotel sadly . When we enquired about another option we were offered dinner in the taverna , yet we were told it was “fully booked” and staff were totally unaccommodating!!

Hotel is very clean and there are lots of activities to get involved in. Very well maintained and overall a wonderfully relaxing place to stay .

On breakfast and dinner the food was variated but sadly we did not like the taste of most of the things.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, the employees are kind and nice, always smiling and happy to help. The dining room has an amazing view!
