This is a great place to stay in Thessaloniki! Comfortable and clean room with everything we needed, good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Located aprox 15 min walk from Aristotelus square. Also there is a nearby bus station ~ 200 m ( we took the bus from the airport to the hotel). For sure we will stay again at this hotel when visiting Thessaloniki 😊

Very clean and comfortable room, very well soundproofed, new furniture, professional staff. Eftychia (reception) is very profesional and kind, she offered us valuable information and advices. We appreciate her hospitality. We will come back at this hotel for sure.

A wonderful hotel located in a quiet part of the city, but very close to the center with many good restaurants and pastry shops around. Parking 50 m away. Polite young staff and good breakfast.

A nice little hotel ten minutes' walk from the center. New, clean rooms, friendly staff, very tasty breakfast. There is no parking within the same building, but the hotel cooperates with a nearby parking and offers to reserve a parking space in advance with a fee of 15 eur per day (payment upon arrival).

Excellent hotel with large comfortable room, good location, convenient parking close to the hotel and rich and tasty breakfast. The receptionists were very warm, welcoming and supportive. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants, interesting places to visit and even found and arranged a visit to a local doctor, as one of our kids got ill. For sure an excellent choice to stay.

I arrived very late the first night, but the gentlemen with long hair at the reception was so kind and gentle, the first impression was amazing, than the hotel room with water waiting in the fridge, with tea on the table, a clean, nice, big and comfortable hotel room and bathroom. Also the breakfast was nice, even if i am a vegetarian i could find many possibilities. The receptionist were out of this world, so nice , calling each day anew taxi, helping me with sewing kits, iron and everything i needed. i wish i could have stayed more. also the location, central and close to the sea.

Parking is a problem in the city. It is not their responsibility, though. You can park your car in the nearby parking lot. (Just 20 metres ahead and 15 euros per day).

Without doubt, one of the best breakfasts! All fresh, instantly renewed food and drinks. The room was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Centrally located. Definitely recommend this place!

Please, note that none of these things would hold me back from staying there again, I'm just writing this for possible future improvements to make it even better: - better coffee for breakfast - would be great if you could provide not just shower gel and shampoo but also hair conditioner - for my Northern soul April in Greece was warm enough and I wanted to use air conditioning, but since it was still "winter season", it only could be set to warm the room up, not cool it down (but this is not a thing of Mavili, in a lot of public spaces I saw (and felt) them using heaters, which was suuper strange for me, coming from a more Northern climate) - on my last night I had some rude neighbours, who walked around the hallway during the night, talked in loud voices and were slamming the door - unfortunately, these things happen and it could have happened in any hotel

I read the reviews before booking, but did not expect that everythign will be as good as guests before me described, and yet - it was! The location is perfect - 10-12min to Aristotel square and waterfront, about 20min on foot to White Tower. The bus stop to/from airport is also just like 5min away on one of the main streets. If a further trip is planned, a taxi from Freeway app was usually no more than 5-10min away. The room was spacious, the cleaning service happens every day. Breakfast truly was as good as described - there is a lot of options, not just pastries, but sausages and an omlette (5 stars!), fresh vegetables, cheeses and olives, different types of bread, honey, jams, etc. - it will get you started for the day and honestly, at times I wished I had not eaten as much at brakfast because then it takes a longer time until you are hungry again but the time is limted and there is A LOT to taste in Greece. :D The staff are extremely helpful (I hope you guys get paid a lot, and if your management sees this - all of them deserve a raise regardless). They are ready to share suggestions for whatever your need is and spend their time on helping their guests and going the extra mile. And they really mean it, not once did I have a feeling that they are doing it just because they'd have to, they are genuinely interested in providing you with the best suggestions and later hearing the feedback on how did it go. Location is calm during the day and gets a bit more vibrant at the evening, but the street noises did not bother me. I suppose for light sleepers ear plugs might be useful, but then again - the light sleepers probably use the ear plugs all the time anyway. Thank you for having me and wish you all the best!

The stay was good and the room and facilities were exactly as described. We only had unpleasent situation with the parking (which is not owned by the hotel, but just a private underground parking nearby). When we went to take some stuff from the car, the owner of the parking could not remember where he left the key from our car. And actually when I went to the car, I found the key left on the front glass of the car and the car was left open. But the hotel understood our situation and they offered their private parking place right in front of the hotel.

The cold setting for air conditioned didn't work. There was a loud party outside, and opening the window was not a possibility for us due to the noise. It got pretty uncomfortable for us and our 7-month-old baby. For a couple of hours, we had to sleep with the open door (and a window on the hallway) because the temperature in the room was 26 degrees Celsius.

The place was clean and comfortable, it had a good breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
