Amazing location, great family room set up. The hotel is stylish, great coffee/breakfast, and fun wine tasting in the evening. It is made all the better by its staff, all great, especially Themi (manager/operations)

Everything was perfect.

The staff was super nice, breakfast was good, the rooftop bar was nice and inviting, the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable and the minibar was perfect and decently priced.

Nothing really- better for a short stay though. Not a huge fan of the bed tucked up .

We loved the neighbourhood and the way the hotel is appointed. The best was the rooftop where we relaxed and watched the sunset while enjoying snacks and a cocktail.

A beautiful hotel, with beautiful amenities, breakfast and fantastic staff. The rooms are lovely, with nice views of the city. One of the best I've stayed in in Athens, to be sure. I fully recommend it.

There’s not one thing I can say. It was 10/10

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredible and so accommodating. Whatever I needed assistance with they were there to help me along the way and make things easier. I needed a rental car they helped me. I needed a transfer and they helped me with that. They have true hospitality here. I felt like I was back in the USA. The breakfast is great and the rooftop is beautiful especially during sunset with the view of the Acropolis and rooftops of Athens. The rooms are beautiful as well. This is the only place I will stay next time I come to Athens.

Extremely friendly staff ! They upgraded us to a bigger room and took great care of us ! Everyone was smiling from HK, Rooftop team, Breakfast ladies and the Front Office team. What a lucky team you have! We loved it and will recommend this hotel.

Just as the name suggests, the hotel is very modern and the fittings and furnishings are of high quality.

Unfortunately they did very poor job on soundproofing the rooms. From a noise perspective it feels like there is no door in your room. Every day i was woken up by people slamming doors in the corridor or hearing vacuum cleaning as it was right next to me.

Staff is very friendly, the hotel is nicely designed and situated in a great area. Their breakfasts and room service are delicious.

Everything, couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay. The room was beautiful and the location was great. Real highlight was the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The sink the the shower didn't work properly. There were many flies in the room. The balcony was rather dirty.

I couldn't expect more from a hotel like the Modernist. Of all my trips to Greece, this is by far the most enjoyable and plaisant hotel I've been to. The staff is so kind and helpful and make us feel home. Thank you so much for the birthday cake and gifts. I will definitely remember it for years! Great location and breakfast. And very nice view from the rooftop.
