We were in the higher hotel level, meaning we had to climb more than 50 stairs each time from the parking lot. Inside the apartment there were also stairs between the public area and the rooms, which were not too bad, bud should be considered if you have any problems with climbing. For this location you have to have a car in order to reach the beach and the city.

We were two families of four, the apartment was well equipped with all necessary items. The apartment was very fancy with a private pool and a lot of privacy. When we needed an extra cleaning the staff came (although it was out of the protocol). The breakfast was very good and well served. The view from the balcony and pool was amazing!

EVERYTHING! The rooms and grounds are beautiful and Zen-like. The staff was absolutely exceptional, so helpful, kind and wanting to do everything to make our stay perfect and comfortable. The furniture is hand made and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing.

Cozy place with good service and kind people around you. In general it feels like you’re visiting a family. Oh, and a food of course, especially during a lunch and dinner💪 You are enjoying and forgetting about the rest. Big thanks from heart!

only thing I’d say is that we had a massage in the spa and I think it would have been nice to have some background music on during.

lovely hotel, very friendly staff and klaudia was so helpful and a credit to the hotel!! fab pool and never got too busy, food was delicious too! frozen daiquiri’s we’re amazing 😉

We ran to this hotel from another place which left us with no sleep one night before so we asked for peaceful stay here. First night was calm and silent (except of pool bar doors which bangs really loud), but second one, right before our early leave to airport, Portuguese neighbors decided to open their room doors in front of each other and shout each to other for some time at 0:30AM. I waited for some reasonable time (I thought security personnel that sits below will deal with this), but seeing no end to this I walked out and asked to keep it quiet. I hope it's only one time misunderstanding - the rest of the stay satisfied us and we left with smiles:) keep it up!

Very smooth and friendly check-in procedure. Staff were exceptionally nice and ready to help. Accommodation looks like it's brand new - kept in very good condition. Great pool with sunbeds and drinks/food bar. Not too crowded. Perfect place to get rest and enjoy Cretan sun =) It is situated in perfect location if you have flight from Heraklion airport - it's under 20min driving with a car. Oh, and what a views! Highly recommended.

We shared a villa between 2 couples, it was absolutely incredible. So relaxing, great location, food was gorgeous, staff were so so helpful. Claudia, Alex (x2) and Zac just made our stay even better by being so welcoming and fun. Can’t wait to re-visit in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Nest Resort! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Was a very clean resort with beautiful facilities. Very peaceful location but you can work to both Stalida and Hersonissos. We were able to hire a car from the resort and were given some excellent recommendations.

Jacuzzi wasn’t warm and breakfast was gorgeous although didn’t have that much of a wide variety of food.

Staff where so polite and helpful all times of the day for anything I needed. Pool had a gorgeous view especially at sunset and sauna and hammam where amazing.

Not a thing, it was all fabulous.

The welcome was amazing, we felt so cared for and looked after. The team there were fantastic and spoke to us using our first names and nothing was a bother to them i.e. using the aircon, fixing the electric when it went off and how to use the internet. The service for lunch, breakfast and dinner was fabulous too and again nothing was a bother for the team.

There was nothing I disliked. If you struggle with steps then I would recommend you speak to the staff prior and detail it so they can put you in suitable accommodation. We stayed in a villa at the top of the site, which was great for us and had excellent views but I can imagine it being difficult if elderly or have mobility issues.

Amazing staff with superb customer service. A small hotel that has been tastefully converted to provide excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. The hotel is quiet but in close proximity to the more commercial aspects within the area that it is walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nest Resort with a friend of mine, and we must say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for our entire stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the surrounding landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel staff. (Claudia, the guy from the morning shift, the breakfast lady, Zakaria and Alex). They were friendly and very attentive. Claudia helped us book a car for our stay and taxisfrom the airport to the hotel. The facilities at Nest resort were wonderful. There was a pool, a spa, pilates and yoga space, massage options and a jacuzzi. The hotel also has multiple dining options all day. The location of the hotel was ideal. It was in a calm place but next to the central city where you can party.

There is nothing negative to say about The Nest

If you're looking for a small, peaceful, friendly resort, a short walk to the town, The Nest is ideal. We were there in early May at the start of the season so it wasn't full but I'm sure the service is as good all the time. Claudia and the rest of the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend the villa with it's own pool.

The staff are exceptional and will meet your every need. It is a beautifully designed and even though described as a resort it feels more like a high end boutique hotel.

Very cosy hotel and villas, nice arhitecture, big balcony and tastefull design of everything în the hotel. The spa area very small but very good. Also the staff and Alexandros are very nice and helpful. The breakfast has a large variety of good products to choose from, very tasty. I was surprised, maybe they should consider, that , even the island has the best of cheese products in the country, the hotel did not offer cheese from the island, such a pity: all the products from Crete are very, very good. I think the hotel should promote more the local food and products. Congratulations to you Alexandros and team!
