I really can't think of anything, I would love to stay again!

Very tidy, all the staff were very kind and helpful. Easy walk to Katehaki station. Breakfast was wonderful and served with a view on the terrace. Quiet location outside the centre but only a few stops away on the metro.

The staff at the hotel are extremely kind, helpful and compassionate. All the staff went out of their way to assist me whilst my wife was in hospital, especially when I had to extend my stay several times. There was never an issue with the change of plans and I was able to remain in the same room through out my stay at the hotel. They are also knowledgeable about the local area and helped with options for places to eat. The hotel is close to bus routes and the metro for easy travel into central Athens and the airport. The breakfast was great and had lots of different options including Greek pastries as well as a hot section and cereal. I would definitely return to stay here again when I am next in Athens and would highly recommend the hotel.

No parking options nearby (street parking can be a challenge in Athens), breakfast selection limited (but high quality), not great value for money.

The TV was a bit old — when I wanted to watch some youtube a couple of times it just had some troubles and couldn’t play videos though the Internet was good

The location is a bit too far from any attraction and the walk to the station can be difficult if you got big/heavy luggage with you. This makes a difference even if you have a car as they don't have parking and can influence on transport expenses considerably. But I did the reservation aware of this.

The hotel is small but it has great quality in everything.. the architecture is so pleasant and the neighborhood is nice if you want to try local Athenian life a bit outside the city center. We had a little child with us and yet, we were able to enjoy it so much, specially with the hot tub. The breakfast is also super nice... we had a lovely brunch in their sunny balcony with an amazing view and it felt very intimate :)

Although we were aware it's not a central location, it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, especially to the hotel which is uphill Storage space in the room (closets, drawers) was a bit lacking

The climate control is maintained by the front desk staff and you have to ask for it to be changed. I would prefer to do so on my own.

Very clean room with a modern design. Breakfast buffet was very good with nutritious choices. Agrisis was wonderful. He provided fantastic service with a smile, and makes your choice of coffee on the spot. We loved his positive attitude and his attention to detail. You can tell Agrisis is a proud employee. The breakfast buffet and eating area were always clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.

In the shower, the shower head was set kinda low and I had to bend. It would be nice if I was given the opportunity to turn it to the other side and use only the handle. Also, I noticed that the air freshener was a bit too heavy for my liking.

The privacy, the hot tub and outdoor patio and the comfort that I got. Everything seemed to be spotless, clean and new. I liked the little details that were added eg records to listen to music or books if I wanted to read, and the kitchen area was fully equipped.

We liked it but our room is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but this is clear from the photos as the bed is upstairs.

The breakfast was disappointing to say the least, it was displayed on a 2m island, the food was of very poor quality and the same every single day . I honestly expected more from a hotel with such great rooms.

The modern touches, hotel look pretty newly renovated. Room is big and spacious.
