Wifi quality to be improved - it was barely working. Room (No6) could use a bit of renovation - while it was very clean, there are little things like shower head / faucet / entry doors / mosquito nets in the windows that could be fixed or replaced.

Amazing host, very helpful - our flight was delayed and he helped arrange pickup accordingly to new arrival day. It was very easy to communicate over WhatsApp, we've been met at the property couple of mins after our arrival. Additional bed sheets were provided with no problem and super quick. Very good location - kiosk, little beach and amazing restaurants just around the corner, so no need to go far for basics you may need during your stay. Great starting point for both old town and newer part of the city.

They need to pay more attention to cleaning and the furniture is old (the chair almost fell apart when I sat on it) But, compared to the price - these are small problems

The family living in the next building (below) was very loud at times...screaming children and shouting adults early in the morning. Understand that life in the old town is different when it comes to hotel accommodation space, but it was very noisy on 2 or 3 separate days. Shame.

Second time we have stayed here, and cannot fault anything! We specifically chose the room that we wanted on Booking.com site, with lovely balcony! Would highly recommend maisonette 4...so much space! Bed was comfortable (which is sometimes a difficult thing to find in the old town), and having kitchen facilities really made it feel like home from home.

There is no reception on site, you need to message someone via WhatsApp but this isn't communicated in advance so we had to figure this out ourselves. It is far from the main bus station which goes to the airport so you have to order a taxi. There was not much natural lighting as the outdoor shutters were closed.

Good location close to the old town. Easy to find. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and air-conditioning.

Directions to property required detailed reading - I didn’t read properly and had some difficulty trying to find the rooms, dragging luggage over cobbles. My fault. But property not easy to find first time.

It's quite hard to find. I think this is a general problem for booking.com. You need to give properties a simple location tool. Your maps actually don't work. A simple hand drawn map with street names would be ideal!!!

The Neighbourhood is just that a collection of small apartments' around a central courtyard. Mine was a quirky one bedder with a loft. It was great. Well located at the Akandia Gate to the Old Town. Restaurants close by.

The hosts communicated very well from the airport all the way to the property and even before. They were friendly over the phone and the lady was even friendlier and welcoming in person.

The bed was so uncomfortable upstairs. The bathroom was so small and If you take a shower, you wet everything. The stairs and upstairs floor are wooden and make a lot of noise.

We stayed only 1 night at Rhodes with 2 kids. Arrived with Ferry from Marmaris. The location was perfect very easy to find after hopping off the Ferry and just 2 minutes to get into the Old Town. You can even swim at the nearest sand beach just 100 meters away. This is exactly the perfect location for 1-2 days Rhodes trips. The room was perfectly clean, they allowed us to leave our bags in the morning around 10:00 a.m.(early check-in) Air-condition was working fine, the room had a kitchen inside and a small refrigerator with bottles of cold water in it for us. Clean towels, Wi-Fi connection, and a small lovely courtyard in front of the door with a small table and 2 seats. It was designed very well.

The location of the hotel fantastic. You are in the heart of old town in two minutes. The room is very cute. The bed is very firm but incredibly comfortable. I normally have a back problem, but despite being so tired, I woke up like a baby every morning.😊 The kitchen has everything for cooking,
