Meat market in from of The Pinnacle has crazy loud party until 11:00pm in the weekend.

We got the best time at The Pinnacle. Location is really convenient. Dorothea at the rooftop restaurant is the sweetest person in Athens.

There was street noise and church bells, but the windows were double glazed and didn't affect sleep

Location, staff, everything! This place was amazing. 20min walk to anywhere. We got gifts left in our room every day and when we were leaving, we told the wonderful staff it was too much! The views from the roof were beautiful, breakfast was good (but by English standards, but in general) the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We left our bags at the hotel when we went to the islands for a few days and they were waiting in our rooms when we got back. I can't rate this hotel highly enough.

Only thing I would say is the church over the road rings its bells early in a morning but a minor inconvenience.

Immaculately clean, lovely rooftop with great views all around of the city, staff were great and very accommodating would highly recommend, breakfast was lovely every day. They even left a bottle of red in the room for us on our last night. Best value for money I have ever had for a bank holiday weekend in a city centre. Don’t even think twice, just book.

The hotel was in the center of everything. Restaurants and museums in a good walling distance. Helped with transportation and offered multiple services. Laundry came back the same day! Food options were wonderful! The night and daytime view from the rooftop was amazing!

The staff was the best anywhere, even giving advice for our follow on trip. Best was the location. This was in the Center of the old Athens, walking distance to the Acropolis and Parthenon, which you could see while dining on the rooftop restaurant. Newer large-hotel chains are on the perimeter and lack the ambience that the Pinnacle Athens offers. And there are dozens of restaurants within a ten minute walk, if you did not want to eat there.

Had an amazing stay at the Pinnacle. The hotel is right in the heart of Athens city centre and close to so many bars and restaurants. We were made very welcome by Dimitris whose spotless hospitality was next to none. Highly recommend!

We had a basic room, and the space was sufficient. But we lacked the option of a chair to relax. Truth is we were hardly ever in the room as the surroundings were a treat. Also the bathroom was spacious in comparison so that may be seen as a plus and is maybe more important.

Like we saw in other comments, the staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. We will not spill the details but trust us that you've never felt as welcome as when you will arrive in the Pinnacle. The rooftop terrace is amazing, the shower was great The location is is smack in the middle of 3 different metro stations (Monasteraki, Panepistimiou and Omonia) All within a few minutes walking distance. Perfect!

Nothing that we can think of as everything was great !

Very informative and helpful staff at the front desk, always with a smile to help out with any issues ! Dmitris was very kind and provided us much useful information on nearby sights and things to do. They were kind to provide us with free desserts on our last day as well as booking our taxis to the airport ! Amazing staff and hospitality team who really know about great customer service ! Rooms were very clean and we had a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small stove and a coffee maker and kettle. They also provided complimentary fruits and a free bottle of wine which was nice ! Housekeeping was available every day in case we needed. Good internet and television, comfortable beds and good toletries as well. Great location close to many restaurants and important points of interests in Athens.

The location, the staff, our room, the bed, the breakfast, welcome details, the acropolis view, etc. Everything was excellent. The staff was above and beyond! We were super spoiled by the staff. Loved everything about hotel, location, amenities, staff, welcome gifts and desserts. The hotel and rooms were very well decorated. Staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Great location to a lot of shopping, restaurants and attractions. View of the city and Acropolis was amazing from the rooftop terrace. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
