The shower didn’t have great water pressure and how our bathroom was configured when turned on the shower soaked the sink and floor.

Such a fun boutique hotel decorated impeccably! Very safe. Vasileo was there to welcome us and he was exceptional!

Not a single complaint!

This hotel was amazing. Small enough to be very personal, first name basis with everyone. Very accommodating on any need, just shoot them a WhatsApp message. Well located within striking distance of all the things we wanted to do but not right in the craziness. Very comfortable. Room was well sized. AC worked like a dream when it was hot outside. Bed was amazing!

The taxi driver took us through some sketchy neighborhoods to get to the hotel and he had never heard of the Pinnacle. Once he got to the Pinnacle all my worries were gone.

When I saw the pictures and comments on the rooms I was optimistic that this could be a great choice after a 12 day cruise. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and hoping the view of the Acropolis was an actual depiction at night from this location. IT WAS breathtaking and we would stay here again.

Breakfast is not up to standard for a 5-star hotel. Choice is limited. Towels in the bathrooms are OK but then again a 5 ***** should offer better quality.

Location is great. Staff is helpful and always available, both at concierge and at restaurant. Rooms are fairly spacious, our penthouse suite had a large living room though the bedrooms were just normal. Bathrooms are OK but not 5-star. The view from their terrace is fantastic, whether for drinks of meal. Needs more staff at terrace restaurant.

Number 1 is the staff at The Pinnacle. Everyone went out of their way to look after us and ensure a wonderful stay. So friendly and helpful all the time. Then the location is just perfect. The facilities were wonderful and just right for our stay.

The only thing I can fault is the pillows!!’ They were lumpy and very uncomfortable.

The Pinnacle is located in such a wonderful spot that everything is within walking distance. It is a charming boutique-style hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff, in particular Panos, were friendly and very helpful. They also were amazing arranging pick up and drop off and communicated with us well before our arrival. The roof top bar - magical!!!

The suite we had was smaller and less stylish that I had expected from the pictures and my sofa bed was uncomfortably hard (though some people like a firm mattress). The breakfast room felt cramped and a bit hot.

There was lots we liked about the hotel, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the twin beds were very comfortable (though the sofa bed was hard), pillows good, ensuite a good size and the shower was lovely. We were left fruit, snacks and wine in the room which was very welcoming and we had facilities to prepare food if we needed it. The terrace views were lovely and we ate there one evening to make the most of them. Overall the decor was chic and interesting and the air conditioning works well in the room. It’s very close to lots of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants, an easy walk to the main squares in the city and we walked to the acropolis museum in about 20-25 minutes.

Great service. If you need anything it’s there in minutes. Great location for walking. Tour meeting places are a close walk. Great rooftop views! Highly recommended!

My only minor complaint is that the pillows were very thick and firm. If you like that style of pillow, it's great. I like softer pillows. The hotel provided additional pillows, which helped.

My family of 5 loved our stay at The Pinnacles. The staff was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. The location was great. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. The room was very nice. We had a wonderful few days in Athens and would stay at The Pinnacles again.

The location was great, and the room was exceptionally clean. We had dinner on the rooftop overlooking the acropolis and the experience was very special.
