Everything was perfect. Exceptionally clean with all the facilities. Located in a beautiful, quiet area, with good local restaurants/tavernas. We had the best time here and we would love to come back. The host was amazing and the communication was great.

The apartment is really beautiful! The old part of the village is also amazingly beautiful and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped, with everything you need also for cooking. The city of Rhodes is less than 15 minutes by car, also the Waterpark is very near. We can definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly and hospitable host that will take the extra mile to help you! Beautiful renovated house with a very well equipped kitchen. The outdoor shower was a unique experience for us. Quiet and effective ac in the heat of 40 C degrees. Very good location to go around the island with a car. We also loved the village and the villagers. Parking just for us. Totally recommended!

Excellent authentic location, away from the touristy resorts, with the friendliest welcome from Isidoros. He gave excellent recommendations - Yannis restaurant around the corner, Tsambika beach. There was drinks and snacks waiting for us on arrival, and the house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. If we ever return to Rhodes, it will be to the Red Door.

We just loved this place. I have never given so many perfect 10 scores to any place but it truly deserves them. There was absolutely nothing we disliked and we would recommend this historic house to anyone who wants to experience Rhodes away from the tourist throngs.

An amazing, special place and an amazing host. The attention to detail was superb, from slippers for the lovely pebble floor to water in the fridge, and movement lighting for the mezzanine staircase, I have never been anywhere so clean and everything was well thought out. The location was friendly and unique and the parking was an added bonus. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful and we were able to really relax and enjoy the beautiful village. Sitting out in the courtyard watching the sun go down or relaxing in the beautiful main room was a truly wonderful experience.

The owner, Isidoros, was very responsive and kindly agreed to allow us to have a very late arrival on the first night due to the change of our flight time by the airline. He met us at the airport and drove to our rent-a-car company pick-up point then navigated us to his accommodation. The accommodation was spotless clean, and extremely well equipped. The house was spacious and beautifully & tastefully decorated with it being really traditional but with modern twist. Isidoros explained to us that the bed in the separate bed room was designed and decorated by himself and it was really skilfully done. He also bought us fruits, bread, wine, cheese, butter, water and beer, which was very kind of him. The washing machine was very useful and it was a very good idea to have a toilet and a shower outside, too. It was the second time we stayed in Koskinou and we adore this village. We have stayed at a lot of different holiday accommodations and this place is probably one of the best we have stayed so far! We would give this accommodation 5-star!

We liked everything about it.

Very clean with everything you need. Lovely original floor with lots of authentic Greek character. We loved the layout and the outdoor shower is a real bonus. Isidoros, the owner, is a really nice guy. Very helpful and keen to make sure you have everything you need. We had a super four-day break staying at The Red Door and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at The Red Door apartment. The layout of the rooms and beds is great. The high rooms make everything look bigger. The outside shower is great. Is there anything nicer than showering alone under the starry sky at night? We loved how well the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The design of the rooms is very well thought out and as beautiful as in the photos in real life. Isidoros is a super good very helpful host. We would love to come back.
