While my stay at the hotel was undoubtedly exceptional, there was one minor drawback that I feel compelled to mention. Despite the overall luxury and comfort of the room, I did notice some noise from the corridor filtering into the room during the night. At times, it was possible to hear people passing by, which slightly affected the quality of sleep. While this issue did not significantly detract from my overall experience, I believe that improving the acoustic insulation in the rooms could further enhance the tranquility and privacy for guests. However, I must emphasize that this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless stay at this outstanding five-star hotel.

Only thing I think can be improved is the entertainment in the rooms - adding movies, Netflix and such. But this is not something we were expecting and disappointed about, it could just be a very cool extra.

The service was extraordinary, the hotel design and maintenance were breathtaking. Food was superb as well - it was clear that a lot of thought was made regarding food options. Staff was very helpful with every request we had, and just didn't want to leave.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are excellent, a true 5 star experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of quality products, again staff attention was great. The pools were lovely, being one with salt water! The kids enjoyed the kids aqua park. We also used the spa, which had excellent facilities and friendly staff.

There are three restaurants for dinner - so after a few days we would crave for some change.

We love the stay at the Royal Senses - we booked two grand sea view rooms and with Hilton membership we got an upgrade to two top floor villas with big terrance and private pool. That made a great start of the trip for us! The breakfast was exceptional with lots of varieties and plenty of fresh fruits and drinks. We loved the public pools too with one heated and one saltwater pool of sea water temperature to choose from. The kids pool was nice too and properly heated in the afternoon. The staff were really helpful and kids friendly. The service we received there was beyond expectation.

Our recent stay at the Royal Senses Resort & Spa in Crete was nothing short of extraordinary. the beach is not attractive, a kind of surrogate bay has been created with concrete blocks, without any view over the sea, only accessible by shuttle or 5 minutes walk on a road that is not suitable for pedestrians. The dinner buffet is mediocre, especially considering the price. But the towns of Panormos and Rethymons are easy to reach by taxi and offer plenty of restaurants

I didn't mind, but there is no beach and the sister hotel beach over the road is not to be recommended. We hired a car and drove to Episkopi beach which has sun loungers with drinks service, umbrellas and a nice beach restaurant. This beach is also out of town and uncrowded. The lift to the rooms is a little slow, a funicular with only one train so you can find yourself going up when you mean to go down! Perhaps having a cinema evening would be nice as there appears to be a space designed for the purpose and themed dinners in the buffet would be nice too?

The rooms were amazing, especially with your own pool. The hotel pools are wonderful with one salt and one sweet ( as they call fresh water ). The hotel is unique in the respect that the pools stretch the breadth of the hotel and look especially nice at night. The Spa was worth a visit and for once the massages are really powerful if you choose them to be and are carried out by those that know what they are doing.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so nice and helpful (and smiley). The room was fabulous and the decoration absolutely amazing. The food was delicious.

We appreciate every aspect of the resort and our stay. We loved everything! If you are not renting a car, we advise to rent private transportation and take day trips - we took a taxi to Rethymno and spent there half a day. We also rented a mini van for a day trip to the beautiful lake Kournas and Chania old city. We enjoyed the hotel's private beach.

The Royal Senses Resort & Spa in Crete is a stunning resort! We were truly fortunate to spend a memorable vacation with our family there during July 1-7, 2023. Our only regret was not booking a longer vacation. The amazing sea views, the AMAZING infinity pools, the spa, the beautiful spacious rooms, the excellent food, the atmosphere everywhere! I could go on and on about this amazing resort and the thought invested in every aspect of it. However, all of these are just a backdrop to this hotel's unforgettable stars - the resort's team showed us what true kindness is. We had room 1126 and it had little privacy. Stairway out the front and people and staff walking past all the time. It was a ground floor family Sea View room. Request a higher floor if possible.

It was a little confusing to walk from point A to point B (example from my room to the restaurant)... but I enjoyed the walk along the way. .. treated it like an adventure. It was re assuring to know that I could always call for a pick up with the golf cart drivers.

The location and architect of the hotel were STUNNING! Beautiful view of the sea every morning and evening.... breezy...WONDERFUL!!! The breakfast was AWESOME!!! The welcome with a cleaning towel and then light spritz drink was refreshing!!! The staff is GREAT and ready to assist when needed!!!! I especially appreciated the golf cart guys who were always ready to assist. me for pickup from the room and for drives around the property. This was especially helpful!

My Partner(Abonde) booked this Resort for our sons 3rd birthday & Everything about this hotel/resort was Fanstastic. From Check in with assistance from Atheni(Love her so much) & another guy at reception till the last very day was Special. We felt well taken care of, Safe & they went above & beyond to make our first family trip special. We had a free upgrade to the villas on one of our last nights & it was juat absolutely stunning. I really didn't want to leave & i am the type that is always ready to be back home in my comfort zone after a few days away. We cannot wait to be back🙏🏽

It is located above the main road, not exactly by the beach, so the access happens via a partner resort. But if you mainly want to sit by the pool with music, it’s not a big issue. We arrived late in the evening and ordered room service. The bbq meat (souvlaki) was dry and clearly re-heated. Would recommend the hotel to remove it from the menu list if you cannot guarantee the freshness and quality at anytime.

Convenient and nice if you are looking for enjoying good quality and design resort with swimming pool. The rooms are quite comfortable, including the bed. The outdoor, pool and lounge area are well done and pleasant.
