We Will Be Back Soon! This place is the icing on the cake of Agia Efimia. From the moment we arrived we were warmly and genuinely welcomed; nothing was too much trouble to ask. Our room was spotless, equipped with everything we could need and the bed was super comfortable. We have already booked to stay again. We can't recommend this fantastic accommodation enough! We honestly feel so lucky to have found it. BRILLIANT.

Our studio was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. The air con, Wi-Fi and shower worked well. The seating on the balcony was a bonus. Our host, Akis, was welcoming, friendly and happy to answer any questions or offer advice, if needed. We only stayed for two nights but we will definitely return and stay longer next time as we loved the location and the resort. Don't miss The Local for drinks with a lovely view, Pergola for delicious authentic Greek food or Myrtillo at Myrtos for a quirky breakfast with a difference.

Having to go home!

We stayed in the small house, it had eveything you could want, Akis and Margarita, were wonderful friendly hosts, we were brought gifts of local wine and produce, we had a wonderful relaxing holiday, we would definately stay with them again, the location in perfect for an easy walk to bars and tavernas, thank you for everything, Dave and Marian.

Wonderful location in beautiful Agia Efimia. Good sized room and all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Room was clean and welcoming. Akis who greeted us was lovely, and was at our disposal throughout our stay - he even made an aperitif for us before we went out for our evening meal which was most welcome. We would not hesitate to come back if we stay in the area again.

Only two things: - it’s on the main road and it’s noisy. It was not a problem for us but for some folks the noise from the cars may matter. - the Wi-Fi was really very slow

It’s the attitude that touches me the most always. The host was incredible. We had a very late check-in, there was no problem at all, he was waiting for us, helped with the luggage, told us to relax, gave me his own shaving foam, because I forgot mine. The next day we had a gift in the room. He gave us a gift when we left. Always asked if we are doing good. He gave us many recommendations. Really makes you feel as guest. This is what I want to see everywhere, but unfortunately this is not that frequent and I want to emphasize how good it was here. There was also a parking next to the hotel. The first 2 days it was busy, but 3-4 min walking distance you have plenty of space on a non-busy street for parking the car. The room was big, the bad was comfortable. There was a kitchen, fridge, armchair. We had all we needed. We could even use some beach accessories like sun beds which were left for common use. And also it was pretty close to all the restaurants, shops, etc.

Everything was perfect. Mr Nickolas was one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I've ever met. The room was spacious enough for a holiday apartment. It had every little thing someone might need and a lot of closer room for clothes. Very clean room, sheets and bath, with no sign of moisture/mold anywhere (cause it's a VERY moist island). Great spot too very near the Agia Effimia harbor and not very far from Myrtos beach.

Nice apartment with double bed and bunk bed. Everything new and working. Great location near supermarkets and Bars. Very close to beautiful bays with white pebbles and crystal clear water. Excellently executed journalist cleaning. Landlord very kind and considerate. Beach umbrellas and mats loaned by the facility Fresh water offered on arrival. A place to return

Very good location, about 100 metres away from the sea, in the proximity of bakeries, super markets and tavernas. The room is extremely clean and large, with all necessary facilities (kitchen and bathroom). The owner speaks English, it is a pleasure to interact with him. He is always there if you need him, he is very helpful.

Our stay of 1 night wasn’t long enough. We will be back for longer!

We were met by the owners on arrival, including Larry, the very old but beautiful boxer dog. The room was great and the kids loved the bunk beds, with a leaf over the top bunk and soft toys with sweets being a lovely touch. The view was amazing and the location was perfect!
