New contemporary very clean hotel that is beautifully designed. Great location amongst superb restaurants and bars, but was not noisy at all. Walking distance to good shopping, the port, Medieval old Town and gardens. Would definitely return.

The hotel operates a “remote” reception which wasn’t clear when booking and their policy to staffing seems sporadic. Essentially what this means is there is a reception, but you don’t know whether staff will be there or not. Sometimes they are, sometimes they’re not. This was a big issue when checking in, we arrived at about 9pm and after a long day of travelling, we had to faff about phoning multiple numbers to get a hold of someone to send staff over to the reception. From arriving at the hotel, to phoning multiple numbers to send someone over, to a member of staff arriving took about 30 minutes. This wouldn’t put us off the hotel again but we would message when leaving the airport to ensure a member of staff is present. This was also a problem when checking out, as there was no staff present again! It took about 15 minutes for staff to arrive and they didn’t seem too pleased. Whilst we could’ve left key cards in the room we wanted to leave our cases in the reception as this is something they offer. However they wanted a specific time when we would be back to collect, which put us on the spot as normally receptions accommodate you when it comes to leaving luggage — not the other way round. This wouldn’t be an issue for people who are regimented but when you’re going with the flow for your last day it puts you on the spot.

It was nice to be in the center of the city. Great location for renting a car, walking around or shopping downtown. They have clean and spacious rooms. We had a problem-free 3 days, thank you.

Absence of a physical reception, which was not clear while we were booking. We discovered later that there was no reception and when we got at the property we had some trouble accessing the room (since it's automated from a distance) but calling the given whatsapp contact would quickly solve the problem.

Basically, everything! Beautiful, new, and stylish room with comfy large beds and a large shower. Worth it!

The pillows were too thick and gave me neck ache. If they had feather pillows, it would've been perfect.

The floor was dusty and dirty, we even found a small chip lying down. Every time we would walk barefoot in the room we could see all the dust accumulated on the bedsheets after lying down. Also the shower head was getting detached from the wall each time the water pressure increased making it impossible to use it.

Check-in procedure could be improved. The staff were either unavailable or a bit slow.

Perfect accommodations in the heart of Rhodes Town. Everything was new and very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Room was large and spacious even with large suitcases. The shower had great pressure, just perfect overall.

12th City Hotel is building an anothetl hotel directly opposite, and the construction noise from 8am in the morning was very loud, so we were unable to sit comfortably on our balcony.

Returning to this hotel after a holiday on the island of Tilos, on my wife's birthday, they had left her a bottle of champagne and a card in our room, a lovely, thoughtful gesture from a really modern hotel. We will be back next September.

Brilliant hotel ,fantastic location ,spotlessly clean ,super comfy bed ,great a/c and fantastic shower .In a great neighbourhood close to lots of lovely places to eat and about a ten minute walk to the old town . Fantastic staff who were super helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel all day ,after we had checked out , and return later that evening to get changed for our late night flight home . Will most definitely use the hotel again if we return to Rhodes !!

The only downside were the sharp corners of the wooden bed base, which cut my wife's leg when she accidentally walked into it.

Modern, clean with a stunning bathroom. Katerina receptionist recommended tavernas, arranged taxi to port, and acted as a first aider when my wife cut her leg. We will return.

Spotless. Great views from the terrace over the sea to one side and the palace to the other. . Huge terrace with the penthouse apartment. Lovely modern bathroom. Loads of cooking utensils. Lift direct into the apartment. Great location. Good coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. Just outside the old town walls. Fab place.
