The last night of our staying, valet parking guy has turned us down to park our car, so I had to do it myself in the street near by. Not professional at all.

If I have to be picky I would recommend one thing: increase the variety of the food for breakfast, but it was good enough.

The rooms are well designed, spacious and clean. the location is very close by walk to all the nice restaurants in Kifissia and it is 15 min walk to the metro.

The rooms at the back are exposed to the ventilators of the restaurant, and were pretty noisy … try to get a room at the front.

Boutique hotel with a unique atmosphere. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The service excellent. We loved it to be part of ghe Kifissia scene!

I don't like to had be alone to this romantic place !!

A hidden gem hidden among the trees of Kifissia. I had booked a simple room because I was traveling alone and I had a pleasant surprise of upgrading the room to a beautiful and romantic room.. I was ready to send a message to my wife to take the plane and come. We will definitely visit together next time. Now the most important thing you look at in a hotel is cleanliness and it was spotless. Perfectly functional and spacious with everything a traveler needs in his stay. Even though I only stayed 1 night .. that was great! Thank you!

Parking is not easy in the area. Breakfast during weekend starts a bit late, so if the plans are to catch a plane or visits some touristic location before 9 or 10 you have to find an alternative solution.

It's the second time that I book there and I am very satisfied with the staying.

Beautiful spacious room & bathroom, good temperature control, great bed, shower and nice bathroom products & towels. Excellent breakfast with decent espresso. A good spot if you have a car and want to be somewhere less crowded and greener.

Nothing really - the only slight niggle is there was not enough floor space to keep the suitcase open overnight in the room but a plan was easily made...

We had booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed upon check in to learn that we no longer had a room with a balcony. However, it turned out that we had been upgraded to a Skyview deluxe suite because the pool which the balcony rooms overlooked was under construction, which would be starting early in the morning even at weekends (we discovered this to be the case the following morning). We loved the Skylight over the bed and slept with it open to the stars all night, which was lovely. There were some nice extra touches in the room. Because we arrived late we ordered room service and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed our meal at the desk and table on the downstairs floor of the "duplex" skyview suite. Breakfast was excellent quality and was a good selection. We enjoyed the location of the hotel being a short walk from the restaurants and shops of Kifissia. Unfortunately we just had an overnight stay so had no time to explore. We enjoyed this hotel and would certainly recommend if being in central Athens wasn't a necessity.

Booked Balcony with Premium City View and this was not what we had ... view of another hotel behind the Twenty One. Balcony is tiny

Twenty One is located in a beautiful suburb in Athens. Great location to shopping area, cafe and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant is fantastic.

Necessity to walk out to access the restaurant, but it is temporary due to some works for the swimming pool construction. If the 3 parking spots are occupied it may be difficult to find a parking in the area.

Nice rooms and very good breakfast. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Really appreciated the parking spot near the entrance even if it was not possible to book it.
