the room was a suite of 540 sq ft, lovely fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, bed comfy, and balcony great view. and since it was the winter the heat was in the floor and two radiator made it very cosy. the breakfast was great and enough food and variety, the lady taking care was very accommodating. check in was smooth and the gentleman in PM was so informative, and made a special time for us in the Hammam and Jacuzzi. all in all stay here if you can!! Great location, facilties, staff. Panoramic view of Karpenisi, and we were overwhelmed when we got a room upgrade to be more comfortable as we were accompanied by our 2 small dogs.

Lovely boutique property. Very private, quiet area with the most stunning views. Breakfast excellent. Staff excellent. On site parking! very easy to find and only 15 mins drive from Ski Centre and 10 minutes into town. We had a deluxe villa, the photos online do not do it justice. incredible space, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi great! We didn’t have a chance to try indoor pool (outdoor pool appropriately closed for winter). We travelled with a 14kg dog, everyone incredibly accommodating. He loved his stay here as much as we did!

THE VIEW! incredible location, you can see the entire valley below from the huge room windows. The hotel is very clean, well designed and had a great breakfast. Staff was very kind and attentive. We did not go to the spa but the room itself was very spacious and had full kitchen.

The rooms are laid out in a very innovative fashion, with a fireplace right below the TV just a couple of feet from the bed! With large stone walls inside the room, so wonderful! Definitely take advantage of this if you can - really nice luxury. Shower was incredible as well. Worth the money.

So peaceful and wonderful place. The Village View was always peaceful with polite and welcoming staff, the pool was beautiful and had unique mountain views, which was amazing. My room was super, clean and large with many amenities like bathrobe, slippers, converlet, towels and toilet paper. I loved the furniture decor style. I would highly recommend them.

For a second consecutive year we stayed in this beautiful villa. In 10 years it’s the first time we have booked the same villa twice, so this should mean something. Excellent stay that offers great city and mountains views. Staff was amazing kind and it's remarkable that they are able to continuously provide the same level of service with a smile throughout the entire day. We had such an amazing time here! Villa was luxury and elegant, with wonderful decor full of wooden and stone style. Food and drink were tasty and delicious. Bartender and the other staff were attentive and amazing. Rates were fair and that's why I'd highly recommend to everyone and can't wait to come back!

The resort was beautiful and the snack-bar was great. Amazing suite, clean and spacious. Many amenities an facilities, the complex has a huge pool too. This not only has a gorgeous pool to relax in but they have also a great SPA, make a massage and the environment is just awesome. Fast check IN/OUT and friendly staff.

The hotel is shown as 5-star so we had different expectation. Also, there is no restaurant, just a coffee bar.

The location on top of Karpenisi, the view was beautiful, the staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast and coffee were delicious.
