The property was super clean!! In an ideal location. Close to the town but tucked away in a lovely secluded spot. Very peaceful. Evans was an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble especially navigating us through the traffic in town. Top fella 💙

The location was perfect, right in the center of Parga. The apartment we got(we got an surprise upgrade from what we payed) was very spacious, modern and equipped with everything you could need. We felt like home to be honest :)

The 4 poster bed was a little too soft for us - very personal we understand. However, once we had removed the foam mattress topper it was much firmer. This topper may be more appropriate in the winter months when it is cooler. It was too also hot for July and we were much cooler once we had removed it.

I had asked in advanced for flowers and rose wine to be in room as it was our 23rd wedding anniversary and they went over and above this request. Decorating bed and whole apartment and setting up a tray with wine and glasses, flowers and the word love written in rice. It was very special. Later in the week we had fresh flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit. The fridge was also well stocked with orange juice, beer, milk pods, there was ice in freezer and coffee pods, tea bags (herbal and non), sugar ready and waiting. Sponge, tea towel and kitchen roll were also left which is great when you are travelling abroad to a self-catering apartment.

Everything was great just maybe the price was a bit much for the period of the year... and maybe the parking situation but that's just overall problem in whole Parga not just for this place.

The location is just perfect. The apartments itself are great.... clean, comfy with Netflix, coffee maker...overall great place.

The apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. The decor was beautiful with open stone walls in keeping with the age of the building, but very modern. With 2 large comfortable beds, plus a huge sofa and a petite kitchen, the ambiance was perfectly set for an enjoyable stay. The host looked after us really well and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic apartment, spotless clean, very modern interior while in keeping with the age of the building. Towels changed on a regular basis. Large shower, would recommend The Well to anyone. 👍

The location is perfect, right at the start of the stairs that go to the castle, perfectly positioned next to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the beach. The room is very nice decorated, big bed, TV with Netflix included, the bathroom aswell very nice and clean. Also Evans, the owner, was great, he helped us with recommandations about where to eat, what to visit, where to stop for a drink and each time we had a question he helped us ASAP, he was very kind even to help us with the luggages. When i will go back to Parga that will be the place i will stay.

If I would return to Parga, I will choose to stay here again. The apartment is new and modern decorated, with all you need for a comfortable staying. It is located in the centre of Parga, with easy acces to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Many thanks to Mr. Vagelis for the friendly welcoming.

The family staying at the second floor where a bit noisy but ok it’s kids. Other than that everything where perfect.

Really good location. The rooms where very good decorated and well equipped. Mattress sheets and pillows were very good quality ones. Bathroom and sofa made from really good materials. Vaggelis the guy that welcomed us was very polite until the very last minute of our stay. Would stay there again next time.
