The location was perfect, right on the seafront very high spec and great attention to detail. The staff were so welcoming, and ensured everything was right for the guests. Marinos and George could not do enough for us, even finding a needle when I had a splinter. Breakfast was delicious and good choice. The owner Panos was always checking the guests were happy and had all they needed. We didn't want to leave .

Superb hotel. High spec. Spacious and comfortable. Location excellent. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so accommodating. Panos is very attentive and wants to make sure everything is perfect. George is so lovely , makes wonderful cocktails and has such a great sense of humour, and Marinos made sure we always had everything we needed and never sat down to rest. We stayed in a ground floor room which was wonderful…. Literally on the sand. Although the season hadn’t started, so it was quiet, we ate most days in a lovely taverna called Yallos, avoid Teo’s … food and service was awful. There are many places to eat and drink in the high season. We cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough. Thank you for a wonderful holiday to help me celebrate my 50th.

I think the attention to cleaning the rooms could have been better but Marinos and the rest of the staff made up for it. There was not much to not like.

We always stay quite remotely away from a main town but this made for a nice change. Loved walking everywhere. Some exceptional restaurants and everyone we met at the hotel and staff at restaurants were so friendly and welcoming. Kos was certainly one of the friendliest Greek islands we have visited.

This boutique hotel is just outstanding. Immaculately maintained, perfectly positioned, stylishly designed and impeccably managed. Panos and his team including George, George and Marinos made us feel so incredibly welcome. I can’t fault this hotel, not at all. As an added bonus, George’s breakfasts are fabulous! (Don’t forget to reserve your table for dinner at the Panos owned Avli restaurant to experience George’s culinary skills at the opposite end of the day!) Thank you to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasure.

Loved everything at the Nissea, wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Would recommend at least 3 -4 full days. The toilet and shower room was a little small, but, eventually it really did not matter.

***Your Kardamena experience will not be complete if you have not met Panos the owner, and dined at the Avli, his restaurant*** He was such an amazing host, energetic, full of life and well connected. He sorted out our day trip to Bodrum and the car rental. His tips and pointers to visit the best locations on the island, and dine at restaurants for the best food experiences were totally awesome & genuine. Would def recommend car hire, as the island is so exciting to drive around to get the most of the holiday, and visit Kos town, Zia the quaint town for sipping wine as you watch the sunset...totally breath-taking The breakfast was truly awesome, as you could ask the chef to rustle up something from the menu in combo or anything that you wished to eat on that morning. Marinios made the the best cappucinos ever, and I had at least 2 every morning. The breakfast tables are bang on the beach, without the usual tourist traffic. Joe was such an amiable manager, and made such heavenly cocktails... he even brought them up to our rooms, while we chilled in the bathtub, looking out into the sunset and the serene sea through the balcony, relaxing to the Yanni's composition - Acroyali ... what an evening!!!

We were warmly greeted by Manos upon arrival. He was very warm and friendly. The hotel is stunning, the decor is light and airy, the whole place smells so good too. The close proximity to the ocean is the best! You step out of the bar terrace onto the sand which is 10-20 metres away from a staircase which leads you straight into the beautiful blue sea. Bliss The breakfasts are gorgeous! Loads of choice.

We would definitely be returning to this hotel but next time, I would be confirming that the room we booked was the room we were going to be allocated. All 6 rooms have sea views and are fantastic however, they all have different layouts and sizes, and our reserved room was allocated to someone else. Having said that, our room was still great.

Panos is a fantastic host and was genuinely interested in making sure our stay was memorable. The location is perfect with the beach virtually on your doorstep. The design and quality of finish of the hotel is brilliant, modern and welcoming when you walk through the doors. George's sense of humor is outstanding.

Great private property on the beach. Beautiful modern design with very friendly and attentive staff. The team makes you feel as part of the family. Difficult to find anything we didn’t like. Perhaps a little more shade in the outdoor eating area would have been good.

Loved the hotel with such amazing views in a fantastic location. Big rooms with very comfortable beds and good showers. Great choice at breakfast from yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey or beautifully cooked and presented hot choices. Good fresh produce and always cooked to order by Christos, the chef. Lots of choices at lunchtime too. Everyone at the hotel including the owner Panos, and his staff - George, Maria and Christos were all super friendly, could not have wished for anything more. Would highly recommend
