Great place in Nikiti, the host is very friendly and helpful, there was even a gift from her. The apartment is cosy, new, with all needed ammenities and they do daily cleaning which is really nice considering you’re coming from the beach. It’s really worth it!

Theano Luxury Suites is a great location to spend your holiday in Nikiti, it has excelent as new facilities, enough space for a family and modern facilities. The owner is really friendly and she went above and beyond making our stay as good as possible she checked on us and helped with any information we needed. The only problem we had was upon arrival, the host was difficult to reach as the telephone number given to us by the app was wrong. We strongly encouraged the host to update the number and we were told that it was changed that same day... Two thumbs up!

Staff was very friendly, room as well as the rest of the premises were very clean, location was quiet yet close to the center of Nikiti, and room was well equipped. The room was exactly like the pictures, and we really enjoyed our short stay.

The accommodation is located relatively close to the beach. There are enough parking spaces. At the time of arrival, the rooms were prepared according to expectations. Behind the accommodation there is a playground for children as well as a very nice place to relax. The rooms are big. We had a living room, bedroom and kitchen area. Internet access and netflix on TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was very useful for us at breakfast. Access to the nearby supermarket is also very easy. The cleaning was done every day, the services are impeccable. From this area we visited all of Sithonia. Thanks to the host who was very kind. I recommend this accommodation unit.

The lovely host, the silence, the cleanliness, the facilities, everything is just perfect. A 5 minutes walk to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The place is the ideal starting point for all the wonderful beaches in Sithonia. We will return here in the next summers.

The bathroom had no shower gel nor shampoo. This is not a problem if you know it from the beginning.

The room was totally new, modern and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the hairdryer very good. The bed was big and comfortable. The owner was very kind and trying to provide the best hospitality. She also offered us early check in for free.

Staying in Theano Luxury Suites was a wonderful experience. The host is a pleasant lady, very flexible and open to communicate, but respects the guest's privacy. The place is brand new, very clean and cozy.

The bathroom is small, and you can't shower without flooding it. But that's pretty typical for Greece.. The kitchen could be better equipped. A good(!) coffee maker, maybe a toaster, a bit more cooking stuff will add an extra star to the review.

Nice new place, quiet, clean, good a/c (thankfully not right over the bed) and strong wifi. Close to the beach and good restaurants (tho' to get to the best beaches you need a car). The owner was very nice, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, she even let us check out in the afternoon.

Great location, modern minimalist architecture . Very comfortable large bed and sofa, 2 smart tv, all îs brand new and very clean. The owners of this place and their staff make the difference.
