A modern villa, with 3 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms attached to them. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need for a basic meal. Adjacent garden with table and chairs. Quiet area . The owners are available for any inquiry or problem and take care immediately. Convenient parking. Very close to the beach. A bit isolated, but very suitable for those who are looking for peace and get around in a private car.

It was our second year and we appreciate the improvements. The property is well maintained and the bathroom amenities are great addition. The checking and the checkout were contactless for those who worry. Also there were things provided to fight the mosquitos.

only the cleaning staff gave us the key in the cipher box. There was no hair dryer in the room, we requested it. However, we could not contact the facility operator. Although we wrote on whatsapp, there was no response. Whereas any communication with the owner or a professional Operator would be nice.

TheaSea Luxury Suites is new, the rooms are comfortable. Halkidiki is located between Kassandra and the center of Thessaloniki. this makes it easy to go to the beaches during the day and to Thessaloniki in the evening. In a very quiet area. It's nice to have a kitchen. It is possible to shop at the nearby market.

This is more of a suggestion than dislike. We thought a toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave would be nice as well as bigger TVs in the rooms. But that did not spoil our stay at the villa which was very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The check-in was very easy and convenient. We got all the necessary information on our cell phone (with pictures) and it was contactless. The villa was very close to the beach which was excellent. There was a very good beach resort very close by and we went there. We found the villa very easy with help from Google and there were good roads leading to the villa. They even changed our bed sheets and towels on the fourth day of our stay. There were mosquito nets on all the windows and doors in the villa so there were no mosquito problems. Everything in the villa was new. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Even the street dogs were very friendly and obedient. They gave us no trouble at all. There were three bedrooms in the villa and each had its own bathroom, own terrace and own TV.

We had a lovely stay at TheaSea suites. Everything was great, even better than the photos. We really enjoyed the backyard and the security of the property. Additionaly the fully equipped kitchen was a plus especialy because we were with our 1 year old . The host were so polite, so welcoming and we will definitely recomend this place and come back again.

Far away from the center of the city where all the restaurants are. the staff helped us with taxi numbers.

TV image quality is not great, the pipes in the toilet are quite loud, toilet flusher wasn't 100% operational (sometimes I'd need to press the button for a while to get the water flowing; oftentimes the water kept leaking into the toilet afterwards).

There are enough parking spots, the entrance to the suites is behind a gate, the apartment had a private garden, the TV is large, and the couch is comfortable. There are power outlets on the nightstand.

There were no mosquito screens on the windows so we had to shut the windows at night and use the A/C, instead of enjoying the summer evening breeze while sleeping 😴

We used the kitchen every day therefore the missing dish drying rack was not so good.

The owner was very helpful. They were responding very quickly. Whatever we needed we got it almost immediately. Close to the see - really just a few minutes. Neighborhood is very quiet so this was an excellent place to relax. We would like to go back!

The owners were really nice and welcoming. The villa was spacious with a nice private garden. On the top floor there is a pretty nice terrace as well. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a big living room and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was quite new and clean. It is located very close to the beach and the area is very quiet and nice. We will definitely come back again.

The property is very new and there are some issues to be fixed: there are no mosquito nets and it is vital as the mosquitoes are huge. We could not sleep the first night fighting them off! The towels are from such material they don’t actually absorb water; we had issues with the hot water but they were fixed.

The villa we stayed in was spacious with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen for a family stay.
