The side road that leads to the hotel and village is not tarmacked properly and it is not lit well so you have to drive with caution.

The apartment is spotless and very comfortable with spacious veranda overlooking the sea and mountains. It is located just outside the small village where you can have breakfast and buy amenities from a local minimarket and have a fantastic meal in one of the local restaurants. Maria is very sweet and welcoming and was available on whatsapp throughout the stay. The welcome cake and honey on check out were a very nice touch. As was the daily housekeeping that is not usually included in self catering apartments.

Rooms are brand new and clean, there is shop in reasonable vicinity (short enough to walk in flipflops, long enough to not hear traffic), swimming pool is clean and pleasant to jump in (however water is cold in October ;)). Nothing - everything was perfect

The location is quiet but still in short distance to the Center of the village. We loved the room, it was spacious and well equipped. Also the bed was really comfortable and the room had exterior blinds which made the room dark and good to sleep in. The staff is caring and super kind and makes everything happen, what they can. The rooms where very clean and the housekeeping cleansed every day properly. We really would recommend staying here.

We really liked Panormos. The village is quiet and not that big. At Theasea you have everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen and the room is spacious. The host is very kind and friendly.

This property is phenomenal. We were greeted by our house and she was so kind and even let us check in early and had our accommodation ready! We were in a smaller town in Crete, but close enough to walk to a tourist area for dinner, which was only 10 minutes away by foot. It was the perfect location to be out of the very populated areas, but still near accessible places to eat and shop.  Great view of the ocean!

The location was perfect: very close to everything. The residence was sparkling clean. Also, we had a private patio facing the sea. The small kitchenette in the apartment was well equipped. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Utensils for cooking are basic but adequate. The hot water in the kitchen wasn't very hot - surprising as the bathroom was great. If everyone used the pool it would be very crowded. The pool area is quite compact. Only room for 8 sunbeds - could be difficult in high season. Location was ten minutes walk from the town which seemed OK on the map but it's up and down hills. It's next to a hotel water park which isn't very peaceful if the wind's in the wrong direction (music thumping, children enjoying themselves loudly). There is a car park but it's quite stony - better to park on the road. I chose the family suite even though there were just two of us as I wanted extra space. We thought it could be a bit crowded with four people. The bed was too hard for me and I barely slept the first two nights, my husband thought it was fine though. I spoke with the manageress about this, she told me the mattress is only three years old so I think it was just too firm for my liking.

Modern and stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean. Shower excellent with both overhead rainwater showerhead and hand-held shower. Always plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Complimentary toiletries. The pool was very clean, also surprisingly warm, we had it to ourselves most of the time in late June. There's a beautiful olive grove to two sides of it and it's hidden from the road on one side, so very private and pretty. The sunbeds and outdoor furniture are of good quality and very comfortable. We liked the fact we had two sunbeds and an umbrella in our private garden at the rear of the apartment which had views to the sea and the evening sun, so lovely and warm in the late afternoon. TV reception seemed good, we only turned it on once or twice. WiFi good. Air conditioning is very efficient. The manager made herself readily available at all times and responded quickly to requests. She is very professional in her approach. Thank you for the cake and croissants. The wardrobe storage in the apartment is excellent. The safe is very, very useful. The lighting is great and very atmospheric which leads to a sense of luxury (try out the lighting behind the bedhead and the two spotlights over the dining area). There are pool towels and a laundry service which we weren't expecting. The fridge is a reasonable size. Cleaning is every day and you can have towels and bedding changed as often as you want. Little extras like salt and pepper and washing up liquid and sponge supplied. Security is very good as the ladies who clean the apartments are there most of the day.

The air conditioning device is super sophisticated - you cannot turn it on until all windows are closed and even then I had to restart the electricity. Suggesting the owners to turn this function off as it is a bit cumbersome to deal with it.

the room was nicely designed, modern, clean, it had a nice view to the sea, there is a very nice pool area which the kids loved. it is a short walk from some restaurants and the beach in this little village. there is a little kitchen in the room which is fully equipped - would love to have some coffee/tea there too to start your stay. Maria who is also the owner, gave us a very welcoming and warm welcome. She also gave us excellent recommendations for eating and beaches around.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. My partner received a birthday surprise on our day of arrival and it was such a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were extremely clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this accommodation!
