Wonderful location, walking distance to everything in Chania. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and gave us several recommendations of restaurants in which were excellent. Parking was just across the street.

The weather! It was so windy we could not fully enjoy the beautiful balcony!!

Everything! The hospitality, location, and the room!! George Theta greeted us personally upon check-in. We communicated via what's app. He provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations and answered all questions. The room was amazing. The size, cleanliness, and location were perfect.

Only thing is my wife brings lots of clothes and we could have done with a few more hangers in the wardrobe and drawers for underwear etc

Spirits was a superb host both friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Location was excellent walking distance of all main Chania restaurants and cafes and the harbour. We also swam in the sea using the nearby sandy beach it is a small stretch of sand but enough to sunbathe and swim. Chania is exceptionally pretty and the cretans are very friendly. Food was excellent and house wine surprisingly good often available in a carafe. Hostel room had air con, good free wifi very comfortable bed and lovely large walk in shower. Tv had free Netflix which was nice on occasion to watch a film Overall an excellent stay

Our stay here was amazing! The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and have comfortable beds and great views. The host, George, was very helpful and friendly. We were able to text him at any time, for recommendations of things to do on the island. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond when making up the room. There were two complimentary postcards in the room, which we sent to our families back home. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but it really isn't needed, because there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet of the hotel. It's also very close to old Chania and the old port, so it's easy to explore without having to drive.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation with Eva, who was remarkably helpful, to the warm welcomes and local recommendations from George and Spyros, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel itself boasts a prime location, easily accessible with complimentary parking right at the front, which is a major convenience. The facilities are modern and fully equipped to cater to every need, ensuring a special and comfortable stay. Our visit was made even more memorable as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond to surprise him with a beautifully arranged birthday cake, wine, fruits, and festive balloons. These thoughtful touches truly enhanced our celebration and his delight was a testament to their efforts. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful hotel, where they make you feel not just welcomed, but truly special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a superior hospitality experience!

Cleanliness: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Facilities: 4/5 Responsiveness: 5/5 Overall we highly recommend Theta Seaside Hotel and the hospitality of Spyros and team. How kind of him to personally welcome and send off every single group. His English is very good and he can give you a lot of helpful information. Room: the room is spacious and cleverly designed in terms of its layout. Hot tub, shower and toilet to one side, and bed on the other side. Shower area is huge. Bed was large and very comfortable. Amenities: there was a safe, a powerful hair dryer, shampoo and soaps topped up every day. Did not have travel toothbrush kits but that's fine, we brought our own. About 10 hangers on the clothes rack. Hot tub was huge and jacuzzi airflow was strong. TV had no English channels. There's a hot water kettle but we did not use it. 2 free 300ml bottles of water in the fridge were replenished every day. Location: just few minutes walk from the start of the old port, very near to the bastion and the lighthouse. Safety: the main door of the hotel is secured with a digital lock that can only be opened by your room key card or a PIN code that Spyros will tell you. Hence the place is safe from unwanted visitors. Surrounding was quiet, no loud partying or music. We slept very well.

We booked this for a week for our honeymoon and we have to say, we couldn’t have asked for anymore than what Theta Boutique offered! Great value for money. From the minute we arrived George was there to greet us and was incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations of great, local and authentic food and bars across Chania. His communication was perfect with an immediate response. The room itself was spotless the entire week, with housekeeping everyday and constant refills of amenities including bottled water. The quality of finish is impeccable and the standards remained high throughout, even down to the iron & hair dryer. The location was perfect - free and secure parking for our hire car, whilst being central to everything and quiet, with a lovely sea view and balcony to enjoy. The room was spacious, the beds some of the comfiest we have ever stayed in. We can see this as being the perfect spot for any couple regardless of age, or small family looking for a break. We felt safe and secure throughout the whole trip. Thank you Theta- we highly recommend and will be telling everyone we know about this stay. It was truly memorable!

When booking, a sea view does not necessarily mean a balcony, which they did email to let us know. I think if we went again, we would book a balcony room to better enjoy the view!

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk into the port and loads of restaurants, cafe's etc. right outside. Spiros (perhaps the owner?) met us when we arrived and was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern with everything you need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Chania!

A very comfortable hotel in a great location with a stunning view, about a 5 minute walk from the old town of Chania and the port of Venice. You can park in a large public parking lot next to the hotel (free of charge). The owners of the hotel (Spiros and his brother) are fantastically kind and friendly. They were ready to help us if necessary even when we had already left the hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Considering the location and the busy traffic, the room was surprisingly quiet. The large windows offered wonderful views, even from the bathroom. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others. You can be sure that you will have a great experience.

Beautiful new hotel, located just outside Old Town wall. No amenities yet, but the owner Spiris was always responsive and available. Nice cafe for breakfast just around the corner right by the sea.

It was a pleasant experience. Very nice and comfortable room, extremely clean and spacious. The host is very nice and kind. He was waiting for us because our flight was late at night. The cleaning lady is coming every day to clean the room. Free parking right outside the building. Literally next to Koum Kapi and next to the old town of Chania.

I booked a room in Theta Boutique Hotel only for one night, because I’ve decided spontaneously to stay in Chania. The apartment was amazing, big, really clean, with amazing view and really comfortable bed. I enjoyed it a lot. I can truly recommend this place!

Perfectly located especially this time of year as it is a low season for Chania in March. We were close to all amenities, tavernas, restaurants etc. in just a 2 minute walk there is a line of cafeterias and bars right by the beach. Beautifully decorated apartment, with daily cleaning services. There’s a nespresso in the room with capsules. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable!!! The communication with the owners was excellent. Very responsive to all our messages. We requested a late check out and they confirmed without extra charge (1 hour).
