The hotel has a very good location - very close to the beach. You can leave your car in front of it as there are many parking spaces on the street. The hotel is made with quality materials and with the customers' comfort in mind. The window's insulation is very good and once you close them, you don't hear the traffic noise. You can also have a good night's sleep as there are rolling blinds that help keep the sun away. The breakfast is served in the room and it has a very good variety - every day it's something fresh and different. The staff is very polite and responds well to requests. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel and I recommend it for a good stay at Neos Marmaras.

It would be good if there are common areas around the hotel as well as a children's area.

The place is very clean and cozy. The hosts are very kindly, smiley and friendly oriented. It' s close to the beach bars and to the centre. The breakfast it was tasty and on time every morning. If you searching hotels in Neos Marmars, this place, maybe is the best place there.

We had a wonderful and perfect stay at Thetis Boutique Apartments! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, it made us feel like we had been there before. They do a great job, are always interested to help and have a lot of recommendations in the area as well as for excursions. Highlight of the day was the breakfast basket, served to our room to enjoy it on our balcony. Everyday it was different and a nice surprise. We felt spoiled. The hotel is located close to Neos Marmaras‘ nice beach, as well as to the village, everything you need, you’ll find within walking distance. It was calm and a perfect spot to enjoy the evening, when we didn’t go out for dinner or drinks. We had a Deluxe Double Room with seaview, the room holds a small kitchen, we’re you can easily prepare food for the evening. Otherwise a lot of great restaurants and taverns await you for the evening! Just ask the hosts. Whenever we come to Sithonia again, Thetis will be our place to go!

Usually photos do not represent reallity. In case of Thetis this was not the case. On the contrary reallity was even better. Really glad we booked and for sure will visit again. I can easily recommend. Friendly staff gave excelent recommendations to eat or visit. Great breakfast in room, quiet location but still on walking distance even with the baby along us.
