Even though we had requested for a silent room, the guests in the neighboring room were obviously not aware of the situation. The lady did not stop singing with her terrible voice and increased on the volume of her TV even though we requested to lower it down. Perhaps all guests should be better sensibilized about the conditions of their environment before received by the hotel.

Comfortable hotel, not so far from the city (however you wloud need a car). Friendly staff (Turkish speaking), excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable facilities.

The people at the reception need to be a little more friendly For families with children, there needs to be a box in the restaurant to put leftover cakes, fruits, etc. at breakfast. It doesn't suit a hotel like a Ramada to say there are no boxes, bags, etc.

Facility is getting old.

Room was clean . Rooms are quite big and thanks to them they have upgraded us on a bigger room with a large balcony. Location is perfect for summer times . Breakfast was quite good , intercontinantal breakfast was good and they were also serving Turkish Tea

we staid in this hotel for just 1 night, and it was super comfortable. The room was actually apartment, it was spacious, clean and quiet. We needed a good night sleep to continue our trip, and we got that. The beds in the room are super comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good. I especially liked the option for greek cafe during the breakfast.

Breakfast could have been just slightly better, but it was just nicely adequate.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is no problem, plenty of space.

The hotel is a few km away from Alexandroupoli city center. Other than that the location is excellent. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We could not make use of the open swimming pool due to cold weather, but enjoyed the spa.

Perfect! We booked garden view but they upgrade our chose to seaview free of charge. Thank you for that! Hotel is near the seaside and you sleep and wakeup with seawave sound! Room were comfy and clean.Breakfast was superb. They have even vegan chesse. Maybe they can add some gluten-free options. Our stay was perfect. Thank you for everyone!

The furniture of the room was a little old but okay. Since the hotel is outside the city, you can not easily go anywhere by walking.

The hotel was great, quite relaxing and peaceful. Staff was very friendly. Hotel has everything you may need. Tasty and rich breakfast. It is near the sea and a little outside the city, the nature and the view is beautiful.

You can improve the breakfast.

The stunning sea view from our room's balcony was nothing short of breathtaking. Though we found the breakfast to be enjoyable, there is room for enhancement in that department. For travelers with access to a car, the hotel's location proves exceptionally convenient. All things considered, it's a superb choice for accommodations, and I wholeheartedly endorse it.

Breakfast needs improvement.

Our experience during our stay was truly delightful. Ramada Plaza Thraki stands out as a genuine five-star establishment when measured against other accommodations in the city. we eat something on the table seaside that get something to eat from outside and we got fork on the table restaurant, staff urgently came by side and the staff said that you cannot eat something and get fork, actually we ordered coffee & tea, we could order but not eat something:), this is very ridiculous

Breakfast is well, room size is well. Other hand my friend couldn't come to hotel due to visa issues but the hotel free of charge to our bookings however cancellation policy has expired. thank you so much for your assist about the big issue
