A bit cramped and dark in the bathroom, no space to put cosmetic bags, noisy fan.

A large room with a large, comfortable bed and a kitchenette. Useful equipment. Refrigerator. Very clean - the room was cleaned every day. Air conditioning in the room. I don't know if it worked well because the temperature was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. On the first floor there is a terrace with tables and chairs. Great location. On the one hand, peace and quiet, on the other, a few steps to the beach, a bus stop from which you can easily get to Fira, quad/motor rental, numerous restaurants with great food, as well as paths to get to the ancient city of Thera. And to top it all off, very nice service. We would definitely use again. Thank you for your hospitality and best regards! :)

The kitchen facilities are a bit minimal.

The Three Harites is located very close to the beach of Perissa and to the final stop of the local bus. We found the owner very kind and helpful and we were very pleased with the cleaniness of the room. Every day the room is cleaned. There is a small swimming pool in the garden but we did not use it. There is also a small terrace with two tables and chairs where one can dry the laundry.

There is nothing we didn’t like

We liked everything about our stay it was fabulous from start to finish. Nicoletta is the warmest loveliest person ever! The room and all external pool and seating areas just lovely. A perfect location a stones throw away from beaches and restaurants, bus service but so very quiet we had the best nights sleep the room was so comfy and great air con too. We can’t wait to get back next year. The pictures do not do this place justice. Fantastic

The bathroom was very small and the shower had little in the way of pressure or temperature control, but these are very small gripes given how much we enjoyed our time here.

We were met on arrival by Nicoletta who introduced us to the property. She was incredibly welcoming and keen to show us our room and the facilities. The room itself was very good with a little kitchen area. We stayed in room 8 and the balcony was huge and overlooked the large church in Perissa. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the main bus stop in Perissa which meant that we were always able to get a seat on the bus when we used it. The beach with its endless beach clubs and tavernas was only a few minutes away. The property had a little pool with a sheltered terrace wrapping around it. This was a lovely spot to just chill out at after a long day exploring Santorini for us. We'd happily come and visit again.

Wonderful room and a fantastic host. Nicoletta was amazing, made us feel right at home, she was very sweet. We had to check out at 2am and she insisted on waking up and seeing us out, we were beyond happy with our stay. Also, you can not beat the location, bus stop, quads, bike rental, restaurants and the beach are all 100 feet away. There's a little convenience store as well that opens up early, great coffee and the family that runs it are very welcoming.

A wonderful and quiet place to relax. Everything was above and beyond. Great location, just a few steps away from the bus stop, from which buses depart every 30 minutes towards Thira. There is quite a big parking lot next to the building where we left our vehicle. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, shops and restaurants that are open till late evening. Lovely owner and staff - we felt like in your own home and they made us feel like family - greeted us every day with a huge smile and were always willing to chat. You can always count on their help, support and advice. Excellent value for money. A tear rolled in the eye as we had to leave and it was for sure a bittersweet feeling. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh, clean towels and bedding, they will even stock you with toiletries. Kitchen fully equipped, you will find everything you need. Pleasant balconies in the rooms - ideal for a relaxing evening drink and snacks after a day full of exploring this beautiful island. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. Swimming pool with clear water and sunbeds available for guests. This place has even more than you expect. All in all, we experienced an unforgettable holiday and made extraordinary memories, in which Three Harites contributed. With a clear conscience, we can recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed

Nothing to complain about. Would have been nice to have a hook on bathroom door and a plug in the kitchen sink, but no complaints as the room was lovely.

Great location for Perissa beach. Short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants and bars. Also close to the bus stop for buses into Thira. Pool is small but clean and lovely place to sit. The showe room was well appointed, always spotlessly clean ( every day) but a tight fit with no space to hang a towel or balance washing / shaving kit.

Right next to the square where the Perissa - Fira bus starts from. Also try the boat taxi to Kamari from the beach opposite the Delimar restaurant (turn left as you reach the beach and a short walk towards the end).

The hotel was great as it was comfy, clean and smelled so good every day. It's also very close to the beach and bus stop so it's easy to travel toward the main attractions like Fira and traditional small villages by public transport. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around so you can buy souvenirs and have delicious meals. But the best part of my stay, was probably Nicoletta, the owner of the hotel. She was amazing and very sweet as whatever we needed she was there to help and make us happy. Thanks to her, we had a marvellous holiday feeling so good like we were home. Thank you so much 💓

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

I loved the host Nicoletta, she was so accommodating. The room was very clean and she would leave a good variety of breakfast for us. Nicoletta would always ask how are day was going and is a wonderful conversationalist. Very upbeat and wonderful host. I would recommend this place every time. Just so wonderful and so close to the beach plus it has its own Subclusiveness and felt very safe.

Having to leave and come home

Our stay at Three Harites felt like a home away from home, so much so we didn't want to come home. Location could not have been better, less than a one minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to Fira, and 3 or 4 minute walk to the black beach and all the amenities of Parissa. Nicoletta our hostess is such a lovely lady and very helpful with information and requests. A continental style breakfast is provided every morning which is a good start to the day. Rooms are cleaned every morning by a wonderful housekeeper. I would highly recommend Three Harities to any solo travellers or couples alike as their base in Santorini. We really hope to get back next year. Thank you Nicoletta & all at Three Harities.
