The beach was too busy . We drove to a quiet location up the coast. The hotel was what you would expect for this rating. The hotel was great. We didn't like the super commercial resort area.

Amazing location. Only 5mins from all the entertainment you would ever need. But no noise at night. Next to the beach. Lovely pool area. Very pleasant staff. Had drinks and snacks on site. Parking was easy.

I didn't like that I heard the furniture being moved at 8 o'clock in the morning, the noise lasting more than half an hour, it happened only one morning. It was explained to us that they had to prepare the room for the next guests.

The host was kind. The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day and I also liked the pool.

Timos Hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the main strip and beach. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as having the great facilities such as the pool and the shop. I would highly recommend Timos Hotel to anybody that was heading to Laganas on their holidays.

Really loud young people coming late in scratching the chairs against the floor tiles(could hear them even with sleeping ear plugs on - the cheapest chair leg caps would do the trick!) The hotel seems a really old one and could use a refresh, furniture and bathroom stuff are at least 20 years old. We were told to go to our rooms "up and then left". In order to get to find our rooms we went: up the stairs and left and down some other stairs and straight ahead into a pitch black coridor, end of it wasn't the right way, then up the stairs again, this time no light going up the stairs (imagine the fun doing this at 22.00 in the evening with 2x 23kg bags and a tired child screaming why is there no light?) then left at the top of the stairs following some light to finally find our rooms. If you don't afford/don't have time to change a light ball at least have someone showing the rooms to your guests instead of letting them wonder around the maze..

Clean bedsheets and towels, decent air con, decent size room/bathroom/balcony Relly well situated- 1min walk to laganas beach, 3min walk to Laganas main road, great staff, really clean and chanced bedsheets and towels every day. The staff really did a great job despite the downsides of the overall tired hotel providing us (4adt+ one 4yo child) with an extra room for the late checkout 18.30 Would rate it a 7.. considering it's a 2** it was decent

The air con was broken in one room and another room had power issues, these were the only issues across two large bookings so not entirely reflective of the hotel (10 other rooms were fine).

Accommodated well for a large group (around 33 people). Staff were very friendly and helpful (they helped printing our boarding passes and arranged for transfers back to the airport). The location is very good situated just off the strip and very close to the beachfront.

Friendly, attentive staff. Easy booking process. Great location - on beach, strip and strip short walk. Clean and well presented. Air conditioning in rooms, thankfully! Nice pool. Groups welcomed. Value for money.

OMG, the staff an the owner were super friendly... way beyond any expectations. Free Transfer to the airport, help with any question we had (if it was a trip to the best restaurants of the island or help to find a great boat trip around the island...) Very, very good value for money!

The bathroom needs some renovation. The lighting in the room was poor.

They gave me the room before the time of the check-in. They permit me to have the room after the check out time. Nice swimming pool. Strong and free wi-fi.
