Since curtain rods were narrow, it was hard to open curtains and they were blackout. So we had to put on lights even in the day time. It would be nice to have more daylight.

The place is very close to the center and has a nice parking lot. Well equipped kitchen. Nice and clean sheets. I was able to reach the owner whenever I needed and they were quick to answer. If I plan to visit the northern part of Greece again, I will first check availability for this place.

Excellent central location with a parking spot, very comfortable and clean. It has everything one might need for a short or long stay. The bed is very comfortable, the sofa-bed is quite nice too. Lots of kitchen utensils and appliances. A spacious shower. Overall, the apartment has a very nice feeling it’s clean and everything is practically new. The host is great, he let us leave our luggage before the official check-in time, something that we appreciate a lot!

Nothing really - the apartment, the area, the host, even the friendly neighbors - everything is superb!

This is our preferred accommodation whenever we stop by Komotini be it for work, or leisure. The apartment is excellent as for short term as for long term stay. It has all necessary and the parking spot in the yard plus its proximity to the downtown (walking distance) and stores for food (by car) makes it the best in the area. With the renovations recently done it also has fresh look and feeling.

Everything was beyond expectation. Big apartment, spacious ,shiningly clean, very well equipped with all that you need ,not only for one or two nights, but also for a long vacantion whith your family. Is situated at a five minutes walking to the city center, in a quiet and a safe area. The host is very prompt and helpful giving you all details about check-in procedure. The Imeros Beach is on a distance of only 20 minutes driving, so, this is another advantage of staying in this beautiful place. It was a realy pleasure to rest there overnight. Will be back as soon as we are going to visit Greece.

The both airconditioners need a serious maintace or replacement. They are very old, noisy and absolutely un effective! Especially during the winter. In the hot summer nights you can not leave them ON because of the high working noise.

Finally the bathroom is renovated and looks stunning! So comfortable and beautiful! Some other things are also positively changed.

The apartment has a great big balcony and there used to be a big table where one could comfortably have dinner or breakfast outside. It looks like the host upgraded the chairs and the table on the balcony with brand new, and although they are very elegant, the old table and chairs were more comfortable and spacious. It’s not a huge deal and it’s still great for a cup of coffee outside on the balcony, it’s just that dining out or having breakfast is not so comfortable on the outside anymore (no problem for the inside - there is a huge dining table in the kitchen :))

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Top Floor Apartment - great location (walking distance to the city center where all the coffee shops, restaurants and shops are), yet quiet - the apartment overlooking back years so it’s absolutely quiet in the evening. It is equipped with everything for a comfortable short or long stay. The communication with the host is always fluent and fast. The parking space is an added bonus. And, last but not least - we absolutely loved the bathroom upgrade the host has recently done. The renovation is superb! Especially the extra large mirror :)

The bathroom needs some renovation. When you get a shower the whole floor in front of the toilet gets wet which is very uncomfortable. Also, some soap foam comes out from the siphon on the floor which is awkward of course.

I shall say this has happened only once from all the stays we have been here - yet, it happened that the evening we arrived we discovered the sheets were not very clean looking - there were spots and stains. Cleanliness was never an issue before so we were very puzzled. We found spare sheets in the wardrobe so we just had to make over the bed with those as we didn’t feel comfortable using those already put on the bed. After a communication with the host we clarified that this is a service problem that will be solved in future.

We love this cozy apartment - it’s so comfortable and very conveniently located - close to the downtown (with all the coffee shops, restaurants, crowds), yet on a quite street. The parking in the building is a huge plus, too. The apartment has everything one may need for long or short term stay (all kind of utensils, different areas - dining, relax zone, huge balcony, separate bedroom, even working space, basic spices, oil, sugar, full size fridge and a kitchen that is fully equipped (the most equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental). It is always our first preference of choice when we go to Komotini (of course, if it is available - it is usually fully booked so make sure to book your stay well in advance). The communication with the host is always fluent - very responsive person and always taking care of your requests.

The bathroom needs some improvements. The air-conditioning leeks right on the balcony which is not too nice to get wet around.

Wonderful apartment, great host! Very convenient hose! You can stay there as long as you can without any missing thing. Fully equipped apartment!

The bathroom needs some renovation. The hot water in the kitchen is missing which causes difficulty to wash some dishes or pans. Sometimes the hot water in the bathroom is not really hot. It was just warm.

Everything it was very nice and cozy! Clean, warm, fully furnished, fully equipped, big terrace, car parking, comfortable, big screen TV, Table PC, fast WiFi! Excellent choice for staying in the city center of Komotini! For sure i will booking again for my next visit to the city! Thanks for everything!
