There was nothing about the property I didn’t like. However, seeing staff lounging on the pool beds chatting loudly on their phones was something which should be addressed

Very nicely appointed rooms, apartments and villas. It’s a small well built complex done sympathetically using natural materials, lovely gardens with pretty plantings and a good very clean saline pool. The view of the ocean is super. There’s breakfast available for €15pp served under a Balinese style tent in the garden. Management were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are down a steep hill, which was fine for us, but people may want to be aware

Toxotis is a calm, beautiful place to stay in a great location. Just a short walk into Armenitsis. We particularly like the privacy and space. Staff went over and beyond.... Highly recommend.

Nothing at all! It was a perfect stay!

The location is a bit far from the airport, so you will definitely need a rental car but we enjoyed driving all around the island! The villas were simply perfect - tons of space and absolutely everything you need!! And the staff was SO super friendly. We loved our stay here, can't wait to return!! Oh and the breakfast was so delicious!!

Difficult to get to from the airport. Also very steep walk up from rooms to pool area. Not much that can be done about that because it's the terrain. Ironically that is also what gives it its beauty.

I am a mosquito magnet, and we were there during mosquito season. I bought some homemade oil in town at the beauty salon/boutique that worked well. We also closed the windows and used the air conditioning at night to keep them away. The drive to get to that side of the island is on small windy roads and takes about 1.5 hours from the airport. It is worth it though.

The location and view were spectacular. There were nearby beaches, dining in two close villages, opportunities to relax and chill or go out and be a tourist. The breakfast at 15 euros a person was excellent, but not a good value for small eaters. We found a little cafe nearby that was better suited to our needs. Many good traditional and seafood restaurants within 3 kilometers. Nas was the easier drive. Explore the non-recommended as well as the trip advisor restaurants. The grounds and pool are immaculate and beautiful. It looks like a brand-new villa, rather than one that has been around for 15 years. Everyone in the hotel and towns was friendly and welcoming, even when we weren't speaking the same language.

Views more beautiful than the pictures! It was such a relaxing stay! We spent 2 nights here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, she was able to get us reservations at the best restaurant at a short notice. We had tons of delicious local restaurants near by but the breakfast here at Toxotis was the BEST, so fresh and delicious! The sea is a few steps down and we did a small easy hike down to get a closer look. Since this is family owned and there is only 11 rooms, they really tender to each guest like family. The room was really big and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the patio was so nice with a view of the pool, and the entire place is so clean and organized.

Parking can be a little tricky especially if you need to carry heavy baggage to the rooms, given the property grounds are quite steep.

The breakfast is not included but it is really great value if you opt to have it and the position is superb

Guy playing music was too loud and played the same techno beat music over and over. Was very annoying when trying to relax at pool.

Location is excellent, walkable to restaurants, grocery store. Hotel room was really nice with beautiful terrace, sea view. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping, lawn care all excellent.

No hooks or towel rails to hang towels to dry. €1.50 per Nespresso pod is crazy. First hotel/villa in Greece with no ‘welcome’ bottle of wine on arrival.

We took the largest room because it was all that remained. The room was magnificent but for us, far better value (and better layout) are the villas where we stayed previously.

An inside lock to the net door would be very adviseable in order to breath fresh air while sleeping.

The matras of the bed was a bit hard; but that is personal.

We stayed in the maisonette and the view, facilities and terrace were great! The pool area is really nice with comfortable beds. Location is perfect; within 5 minutes walk you are in the village with restaurants and a supermarket. Parking space available.

This was my second time staying at Toxotis. Truly, everything is really lovely. The landscape is stunningly beautiful. We love sleeping to the sound of the Aegean waves. It’s the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve experienced in Ikaria!

Amazing place. Toxotis is not just luxury, it is so much more and beyond luxury. The Vilas we stayed in was perfect. Very homey feeling. Very nice and very good equipped kitchen. Beautiful rooms and perfect veranda with furniture. The view and surroundings is a history of its own. It's almost impossible to take you self away from the view and the noise of the waves hitting the rocks beneath, is addictive. The pool area is beautiful. And words can describe it. So peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the stay. As a cabin crew I have stayed in many hotels, this one easily is one of the best.
