I liked everything and have no complaints at all - but if I had to make a suggestion I would say that things like a bar and a pool would make it a bit more relaxing, because you wouldn't have to walk or drive down to the town whenever you wanted a drink or a swim (I think these things are planned by the hotel very soon) A shortcut down to the town would make the walk even quicker (I think this is also planned). It would be easy to drive down, but we didn't hire a car - and the road through the town also seemed quite congested, with parking very difficult

The staff were absolutely delightful - and very helpful in every way, The suite was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable (v efficient aircon at the hottest time of the year...) A 15-minute walk down to a very pretty town with great restaurants

The photos were obviously taken a few years ago, the property & rooms have aged a little. Possibly because I was here in April, it may get a yearly spruce up for Summer?

The morning sun on the balcony was heaven & the breakfast basket was delicious. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets are obviously a high thread count.

Amazing location overlooking the picturesque port of Limeni village. Quiet and peaceful with all the amenities someone would ask for. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of greek delicacies and local products.

Only thing I didnt like was the noise coming from passing cars although the main road is away from the premices.

I would recommend the property owner to find a way to hide the wifi router and exit sign lights as they are quite bright at night.

Where to start? The view, the location, the staff, the room, all just brilliant. From one of the best prepared breakfast to start your day to any assistance you require the staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. The room itself perfect for a couple. Highly recommend to use this as your base to see Mani. Beautiful!!

It is a bit remote so having an onsite bar and snacks in the evening if you don't want to leave is, I feel quite vital. It is 4 kilometers from Areopolis and 1.5 kilometers from Limeni so a car is absolutely necessary.

It's a new hotel that I know will soon have a pool and a straight through road to the beach by 2022. The architecture and facilities are extraordinary and as a family run business the service, warmth and friendliness remains second to none. It is still a 5/5 for me. The views are out of this world and the small kitchenette is surprisingly well stocked with a coffee maker, toastie machine, a two ring cooker and fridge. The bed and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, I slept quite soundly and was refreshed, the balcony and terrace along with the side window give a good 180 view of the bay below. Immaculately clean premises. Beyond beautiful.

So... first of all I would like to thank the property for the impeccable hospitality, cleanliness, attention to detail, quality of the equipment and the very pleasant stay experience. Regarding the accommodation I don't want to say much as the special elegance and architecture of the space, the layout of the room and the facilities make the stay particularly pleasant and relaxing. But what makes the stay completely special are these two wonderful young people who combine kindness with great skills and professionalism, event that results an important added intangible value that dramatically increases the accommodation experience. 10 with two tons!
