We didn’t dislike anything, it was amazing.

We loved the balcony view and the pool but we also loved the air conditioner since it was so hot 🤣.

The bar wasn’t open really and you had to walk downstairs to pay for your drink, a bit odd. You couldn’t buy food from the hotel. The un renovated rooms were run down especially the bathrooms. You’ll be ok if you’re in a renovated room. The gym didn’t have air con.

Lovely place with beautiful view (had room with sea view), cosy and very clean room with modern design and very comfortable big bed. BUT what is the most important the beauty of the place is created by the people working there! It was beautiful week and I recommend strongly to visit this place!

There was occasional noise from the bathroom extraction fan upstairs from us but no big issue. Maybe if they included scrambled eggs on the breakfast everyday it would be excellent

Everything was great! We stayed for 10 nights with our 2 young boys. Beach was just 3-4 min walk down hill, very good restaurant right next door, shop also next door, breakfast good, coffee good. Room large. We thought the staff were exceptional, very friendly and courteous and the manager very helpful. I would definitely recommend

Well I must say we had a wonderful time in Bali Beach, but we were given a room without terrace or balcony when in our reservation said It had. We got instead a room with direct access to the pool, which was Ok for us because our children really enjoyed the pool, however there was no privacy if you wanted to use the outside table and chairs. The TV didn't work and they didn't fix It in a week! The man at the front desk told the technician would come and fix It but.....no one showed up. The man at the front desk wasn't the kindest guy...but I can understand, since he was the only person working at te front desk From 7. to 23. we saw during our one week stay.

beautiful view over the sea, close to restaurants and beaches. My mother stayed here with my two aunts, over 70, and they had no issue accessing the property. they would recommend and want to come back! rooms very spacious and comfy and clean, everything you need.

Lovely place, great view, beach and taverna around. All the staff very friendly and helpful, most particularly George at reception, he made my stay perfect!!! Full of knowledge, helpfulness and attentive to every customer that arrived. I will definitely come back!!

Super friendly staff, upon arrival we received a room upgrade and a welcome drink free of charge. Great location in the town center, the closes beach is almost at your doorstep but you can easily walk to all of the best local beaches as well. Delicious breakfast served on the roof, so you can enjoy the sea view at the same time.

The staff was impeccable, helpful, and always smiling. The location is in the center of Bali, with an incredible view over the sea. The rooms are very clean, very nicely decorated and configured so that one space does not disturb the other. We will definitely be back, highly recommend!

We had a nice and clean room with a small kitchenette. The price included a generous and delicious breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Varkotopos beach is about a three minute walk from the accommodation. There are two shops nearby where you can buy groceries and souvenirs. There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood of the hotel, but the centre is also a short walk away.

Photos not representative No fan or AC in main bedroom - AC in kitchen/living area but does not extend into bedroom which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. The addition of a ceiling fan would be good. No kitchen equipment -kitchenette really useless, no sponge, washing up liquid or plug for sink, no tea towel. Pool area is nice, well maintained but steps into pool are extremely slippy - should be a warning or some grip put down.

Clean, daily room service, friendly and very helpful staff. Staff helped us book taxis and were very friendly and helpful.

The location was amazing. There was a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool was very nice and refreshing. And the staff was just the sweetest- I have never felt so welcome anywhere else 🥹 I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

First and formost, the staff was AMAZING! So thoughtful, helpful and accomodating. My mither fell ill during our stay and they did everything possible to make her comfortable. The location is great, great tavern just. A Few steps away. Clean rooms and surroundings, store right across the street

only thing I would the owner fix is the water in the bathroom, it was taking time to get warm.
