It was cozy place to be like home away from home. All were so considerate and informative. And everyone in our group were talking about Georgia how she had treated all the guest. She definitely was the asset for the hotel. We highly recommend this place.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who was extremely helpful. Parking is right along the road and we easily found a spot. We dropped off our luggage and left immediately for the monasteries to capture them in the beautiful evening light. The room is tight, yet cute. the bed was comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice.

The staff from reception to the servers in the restaurant are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good. The outdoor garden with table was charming especially when the hotel is lit at night. Hot tub was fantastic for relaxing after a day at the monasteries.

We were very happy with our stay. Room a little smaller than expected, but very comfortable!

The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the room was sparkling clean. The balcony had a nice view to the East of the Meteora rocks, and a table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the view. We had dinner at the restaurant on site, which was delicious! Our servers Georgia and Kathy were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was large with lots of options, and best cappachinos in Greece! Parking is on street, but we never had a problem finding a spot close by. It is located less than a 10 minute drive to most of the monasteries, and central enough that you can walk around town to Tavernas and shops. We preferred the quieter town of Kastraki to Kalabaka, less crowds. All in all a fantastic stay!

A gem of a boutique hotel - obviously in an incredible location - run by wonderful staff The restaurant food was 5 stars - make sure you enjoy dinner whilst staying The breakfast was amazing selection with whatever coffee you desire And book your rooms early - they get booked out quickly Excellent stay

For non-smokers, you can still smell some smoke when others smokes. we did not try to locate the smoker, but we definitely could smell it in the room despite the closed door and windows. Not any one's fault, just how the place is. not a big deterrent to choosing to stay here again if we ever return to Kastraki.

Easy to find, nice rural village location yet not isolated or remote. Has got just the right mix of proximity to the village square, tavernas, mini marts and hiking trails. Free and adequate parking. The people maketh the place and the staffs always makes us comfortable and feels welcomed. The showers have proper sliding doors that separate it effectively so that the toilet does not get wet from the water after a shower.

I would like for a breakfast more vegetables. There were cucumbers and tomatoes. There was no lettuce for example. A bread toaster was missing.

The dinner was wonderful. Main course and dessert was delicious.

The view from the room was not great as it was at the back of the hotel. Was on the cat highway though.

The room had a balcony, a hot tub, a great shower and the most comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was amazing. The hotel is at the start of the road that goes up to the monasteries as well as at the start of the walking trails.

Tsikeli was fantastic on every level. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting Meteora, being at the very start of the road that leads from Kastraki to the monasteries. The room was nicely decorated, large and the bed was comfortable. The selection at breakfast was good quality and offered all of the staples, including hot and continental options. Evening meals were delicious and portions generous; we had booked Half Board and enjoyed 3 courses each evening. The wine list was short but varied and at reasonable prices. The best thing of all was the service. The staff at Tsikeli are fantastic - friendly, attentive, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Absolute hotel experience! Beautiful room and premises with a great view of Meteora. We loved the hot tub, the breakfast and the big and comfortable bed. The staff was really polite and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We will definitely visit again!

The staff especially Alexandros which helped us a lot throughout our stay with great recommendations and the gentleman at the breakfast with his great instructions made us avoid a lot of traffic and bad roads . breakfast was nice . And we also got a free upgrade which is very welcoming , we are looking forward to see you again soon

The lack of modern USB ports for charging devices.

The priority is nestled in view of the rock formations Meteora is known for. Nice, clean facilities. Parking is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet and well done.

This property is a just unbelievable exceptional in every aspect … amazing location, beautiful design , best food service from breakfast till dinner . Really an outrageous food experience!!! But the top of the top is the personal . Impossible to describe with words how polite , helpful , lovely and warm they are . They make you feel being at home from the very first minute ! .
