Everything exceeded our expectations. It's one of the best accommodations I've found so far and it truly deservers the really high score it has. The host was extraordinary with everything, cleaning was done everyday, the apartment is modern with a good and comfortable bed. Also, the location provides you good access to almost the entirety of Sithonia. And please, keep in mind that I say what I say from the perspective of a parent of an infant. Just book it!

Beautiful and functional space equipped with everything one might need hosted by two lovely ladies. Daily cleaning service and a lot of small details that make a great difference. Big terrace with a great view and last but not least excellent location in a quiet area on a walking distance to the old town of Nikiti.

Unmissable stay in Nikiti, Alexandra was quick to reply to any questions we had throughout our stay and even gifted us olive oil and honey! The location is relaxing, quiet yet easily-reachable. We had breakfast on the porch every morning to a beautiful sea-view. Our only regret is only having stayed for 3 nights! If you’re hesitant to book the Twins Yard, I’d say definitely go ahead! We will be back! Thank you so much for the great hospitality ❤️

A spacious room for two adults and two children. Nice, modern deco and comfortable beds. We found that the location is very convenient to discover the nice beaches in Sithonia. Also a nice walk away from the old town of Nikiti.

It was a dream. Stylish apartment with relaxing atmosphere and owned by lovely twin sisters. For us it was a perfect stay. - Mini Market is nearby - Nice and relaxing view - calm - Oldtown of Nikiti and a small playground for kids is easy reachable by feet ( even with small kids) - for us the perfect location to reach the other beaches ( e.g Vouvourou) with the car . We would like to come back again as soon as possible :) Thank you very much Alexandra / Armanda for the wonderful time in your apartment

As with any property, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. We had a wonderful relaxing stay (for 2 weeks) until the arrival of a bunch of loud and obnoxious Romanian guests who perhaps felt Twins Yard was their private property. I never mentioned this to our wonderful hosts as it's not their fault but if you're planning a holiday - please, don't have your fun at the expense of other guests.

Our home away from home. This was our second visit - even better than the first. Fantastic accommodation, super clean, great view, reliable WiFi, all comforts of come (even olive oil and honey from the family's own production). There's daily cleaning and coffee. The highlight, as always is the wonderful hosts - Alexandra and Ana who go above and beyond for their guests. They even drove us to the beach, because we had issues with our car on arrival; and arranged a doctor's appointment for my daughter. Ask Alexandra for recommendations, she'll tell you the best spots. Thank you for another wonderful stay, can't wait to return!

Excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, with excellent,secluded location,away from a high-season crowd. Extremely clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner Alexandra, she left us refreshments and complementary,family produced olive oil and honey. Thank you 🌞 Would definitely recommend this accommodation to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent,greek hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Absolutely lovely accommodation! Very clean and extremely well priced! The location was a little bit away from the beach, but very close to the old town area, which is very cute and charming. With a car it was very easy to navigate the entire area. It was so good to meet the namesake twin sisters on site! Alexandra was very communicative on WhatsApp, and gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat and visit in the area.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Every request was met within minutes! our room was made every day, with new sheets and towels. Our apt had a lovely veranda with pillows and a large table. The room had plenty of accessories (safe, iron, cattle, coffe machine…). they really thought of everything :)))

really can't think of anything.. I loved everything about this place.

This property is in my TOP 3 worldwide. I've been to a lot of places, but his hospitality and property blown my mind. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, the place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you need - even salt, pepper, homemade olive oil by the owners <3, and never the less coffee capsules (which is rare btw). Everyday a very nice lady housekeeps your suite, which again in pretty rate in an apartment type rental property. The location is convenient and quiet. Has parking on spot and supermarkets nearby. We will definitely recommend to friends and will visit again. :) Thanks to Alexandra and Anna for the warm welcoming!! <3 I would love to give this place 3 times the 10 points if I can.:)
