It is very very difficult to find free parking because that is on the street on very busy area, garage nearby is 8€ for 24h. Building is old and have a little bit of smell

It says that the property has private parking but it’s not true. We didn’t find parking in the streets around it, so we had to pay 8 euros for a parking that is closed over night so we had to go just in places that were near by foot. The apartment we got doesn’t look anything like the picture.

It was nice and clean with a great location in the center of Thessaloniki.

The bed was too soft (old?). Parking is a bit hard to find, but it is the case in all of the city. In the street behind the building there are a couple of garages and we ended paying in one of them

You really have to look for the place. No signs even though it located in an old apartment complex and there is a very pleasant and helpful lady picking up the phone it just doesn't cut it, sex shop on the back entrance real stip joint in the front, having a 6 year old isn't the best thing plus the random pipes all over what is that all about...

Maybe this is a very old picture when it was new and tip tip shaped nice layout

It is a bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs.

Perfect apartment if you’re staying in Thessaloniki for a city trip or something else. The communication with the host was perfect and the location is also very good. If you’re with the car you can park your car behind the apartment complex, so that’s perfect.

We received a detailed check in message on the day we are due to arrive. It was easy to find the place. We did not stay long but if you stay more than 2-3 days, kitchen is equipped really well. The rooms are designed nice. I also really liked the photo explanation in the bathroom and the city guide.

The only thing that bothered me were very thin walls! We could hear everything... And I mean everything! Like everybody around us were in our room. Thessaloniki in general is more expensive than other big cities on the Balkan, but for the price we payed, i expected a bit more tbh. Also when they say there is a free parking, they mean u can park on the side of the street behind the building, but they don't tell u that everybody parks there and it's always full, so if u don't find space and u in a hurry, u gonna have to pay for parking. I tried to call them on their Unique Experience number on Viber because the streets were messy and there was a lotta construction going on, but nobody answered... Wrote em a message, also nothing, so I had to ask around.

Looks good, new facilities. It's very clean, comfy and it's located only 15 minutes (on foot) from the main square and the sea. Very discreet, (if that's what u want) ... u don't meet with nobody, u just get a message with the codes of the doors, check in/out time, and that's it.

There was no hanger for the shower pistol, the shower doors were dysfunctional and also it would take some time for the hot water to come!

The studio is located in a non-friendly neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or older people as the environment around the condo isn’t ideal and we didn’t feel safe when walking around the neighborhood especially during night hours.

Somewhat uncomfortable pillows and the air-conditioning led screen did not go off so there was light during the night. To complete sound proofing they should target the doors. There is a small gap underneath them and the doors are thin so corridor movements and conversations are heard.

The apartment was as expected, the check in was fast (they send you the pin through message). The location is ok, I believe is half an hour walk from the busy/turist/old center/bay area. We found parking on the nearby streets.

Maybe the bathroom,after every flush of the toilet there was a weird sound,also thin walls.And no parking place in the back of the building,but there is a near by parking place were you can leave the car for a day it is about 4 euro.

It is cozy and clean apartment in the calm neighborhood. There were clean towels,coffee and bottles of water in the room when we arrived.We visited with 5 year child in the middle of January so it was pretty warm.Also there is a small kitchen.Free Netflix❤️Location:It only 10min walk from the port and Tsimiski Street.There is a Super Market 24/7 and in the back Furna with very good pastry.

The listing said it included parking and from the reviews from previous visitors I concluded we could park on the street behind the building. However, this was not the case, the streets were full of cars and no free parking spot to be found. Luckily, we found a paid parking nearby (behind Capsis hotel that's next to the apartment building) called Zazopoulus and paid 8 euros per day, which was okay considering that Thessaloniki can be hectic and expensive for parking.

This was an amazing apartment to stay while visiting Thessaloniki for a couple of days. Location is not very central but very convenient to get to the center (15 min walking to Aristotelus square - city center). The check-in and check-out went very smoothly, you can check in by yourself thanks to a code and automatic door. Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the apartment offered good amenities such as mini stove, fridge, and kettle.
