The hotel has no parking spots, but you can park in from of the hotel and they will take care of your car. The cleaning process is not a daily routine, the housekeepers just change the towels and make the bad.

The breakfast is prepared special for you and the personnel is super kind and helpful. The room is nice and cozy and the hotel is providing daily free snacks and water in your room.

1) Spa area was quite dissapointing. I didn’t check the pictures before I booked and went purely bc local friend recommended the hotel. For a 5* hotel and the price I paid, I expected a descent spa zone. But they don’t have it there unfortunately. There is a sauna and a small jacuzzi. You have to book your spa time and you are granted 30min to use sauna and jacuzzi 😁 i mean I did 3 entries to sauna and the time finished. Jacuzzi seemed to be very uncosy, haven’t used it. Hotel could do there smthg with a atmosphere lighting or find a way to make it more inviting if possible. 2) small details for the room - like hairdryer could be in the bathroom itp of wardrobe; there could be hygienic bags and paper napkins in the bathroom; there was no shampoo in my room, but the staff corrected it fast; also the wc brush was loss or broken I don’t know - they also fixed it fast. An idea: As a client who travels quite a lot and often stays in good hotels, I can share that in general it’s always nice when staying in 5* hotels to find small complimentary stuff for the use in the bathroom or in the room (like toothbrush kit; cotton pads; shower cap; shaving kit; notebook and pen; shoe cleaning sponge and etc). Even if they often leave untouched it gives a nice abundant feeling, that you are taken a good care of 😊

1) I loved the BED - literally the best thing there! 2) The size of the room 3) A la carte breakfast was an usual but a great idea - in this way you only consume what you order and avoid food waste 4) The staff - really friendly and supportive (restaurant, reception and spa) 5) Room service was quite fast and food was good also

I like everything about Vanoro. I like the location, the hotel, how clean and tidy it is. Everything is excellent. There is always a parking spot outside and it is really comfortable.

The hotel is modern and chic,exellent location . From the welcome in the reception ,the clean room and of course the extraordinary a la carte breakfast (open all day) the service provided by the staff throughout our visit was exemplary - every request was met with efficiency and genuine hospitality, making us feel truly valued as guests. They don't really have parking, as they only have a few spots and then they ask you to go in a private parking nearby.

The sauna/spa: While we did not pay for any spa services, we utilized the jazuzzi and sauna. The experience is OK, but I feel the experience is a bit rushed (45 minutes isn't enough to enjoy properly). Also, we were only able to use it one time without having to pay a fee - this is a disappointment.

The staff: professional, polite, and are exemplars of what customer service should be in a hotel. The breakfast: they figured it out. One of the best breakfast experiences I had in a luxury hotel recently. Bravo. The room: bed was comfortable, the amentites were pleasant, and vibe on point.
