The reception by Vasiliki and her family was very friendly. There was fresh fruit for Vasiliki's own garden. An we also received very well baked cake on one of the days. The facilities are great. The appartement is roomy and well maintained. Our appartement was on the ground level with a small terras with sun in the morning (great for breakfast) and shade at the end of the day (great in summer)

Clean comfortable good value. Would suggest driving to and from town during dark hours. Can walk during daylight although busy road. Comfortable place to stay. We did not use the kitchen but looked nice. Washing machine bonus (no dryer).

This fully self contained unit is extremely large, clean and well equipped with big kitchen, dining, lounge, bedroom and bathroom areas. It was a little tricky to find as it is quite secluded, but still only a few minutes from the centre and just down the road from a big supermarket. It is a quiet and restful place to stay with pleasant well tended gardens surrounding the unit. The host welcomed us and left us a huge bowl of homegrown mandarins and lemons and a jar of her olives. Whilst ir may not have a sea view it is very spacious, convenient and comfortable.

Lovely apartment with everything you need and more. It has clearly been refurbished recently and was set in lovely gardens with a view of the sea. Although central Pylos is 15 minutes walk away you are rewarded by being in a stunning setting. There is also a very quiet beach not too far away if you walk down the track past the tiny hospital.

Our studio was very spacious, clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. Hospitality is also experienced through small details and there were a lot of well-thought provisions to use. During the night we could also see the beautiful summer sky from our studio's garden. On another note, although Vasiliki Residence is located on a quiet side of Pylos, it is very close to the center and a big super market is walking distance from there.

Not within the control of the owner, however, there was noise of barking dogs at night from neighbouring gardens and the countryside (pretty common anywhere in the countryside). Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper but, for us, not enough to spoil a very enjoyable stay.

An excellent stay at Vasiliki Residence. The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean and very well equipped (two terraces and pleasant views over the countryside). Air conditioning was very effective. WiFi was superb (each apartment appears to have its own router). Vasiliki Residence is just on the edge of Pylos and is, generally, very peaceful.- a supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The centre of Pylos is about a 15 minute walk (but some of it uphill on the way back) or 4 minutes by car (with plenty of free parking by the port). Viki, our host, was very helpful and generous. I noticed one earlier review mentioning car parking being too close to its outdoor area: this appears to refer only to the separate ground floor cottage. We had one of the two first floor apartments (with separate access via an outside staircase) so we were untroubled by any parking issues.

We just had fantastic days in Pylos, the house is close to the main square and all restaurants and shops, the beds were comfortable and the much needed heater a blessing. Everywhere was very clean and the house was well equipt with all what's needed. There's a private parking space too. And a great place to stay with your pet.

Very welcoming host. The appartement was perfect, everything was brand-new. A very nice kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. The master bedroom was big and the bed was very comfortable. The appartement had everything you needed, and the balcony had a very lovely view. I definitely recommend this accommodation, the location is perfect to go on daytrips like the waterfalls and the gorgeous beaches.

Extremely spacious, comfortable and modern. Very well equipped, kitchen towel etc. Two balconies to choose from and really appreciated the washing machine. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to the harbour where there are good restaurants which we used as takeaway to eat up on our balcony. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Recommend definitely.

Located very near from the center but very quite. The owner was really helpful, she provided vegetables and fruits from her garden as well as a cooler as I rent a boat for one day to visit the bay. The house has less than two years and contains all you need. My best experience on the 6 in Greece so far! I highly recommend this appartement

1. Not clean enough. 3 nights there and the owner didn’t bother to give us new shampoo and bath gel (only 2 small bottles were available for all the days we spent there). Also there was a washing machine, the owner said she will get us some detergent which she never brought. 2. 3 nights and no one came to clean the room (not even the toilet basket) 3. In the main bedroom the ceiling is very low. As a result it is impossible to go to the other side of the bed unless you stoop low enough. Very uncomfortable!

There are three apartments for guests at the location, ours was in a smaller building separated from the main house but in the same courtyard. Despite the cleanliness and brand-new looking of the place, the room always smelled like an animal house and we could never shake that smell even though we kept windows opened all the time. It didn't help that the bedroom window opens in the interior of a semi-indoor parking. Another annoying thing was the bathroom door handle that was squeaking so loud that could actually wake up people. If not for these annoyances, there are a lot of reasons to be happy about the place.

The rooms were large with brand new appliances, washing machine, AC, TV, and oven. Overall the place was nicely renovated and very clean, the beds comfortable and the internet was working well. The host was nice. It takes 2 minutes by car to reach the center of Pylos where you can find nice restaurants, and coffee shops with delicious pastry. There location is a house at the edge of Pylos with a nice rural feeling. Overall a good place to stay if you want to visit around.
