Beautiful stone building overlooking Limeni. The rooms were spacious and very clean.Huge bathroom with a full size, full body shower… the best in our travels so far. Very comfortable bed.Short walk to the water and restaurants. The terrace was lovely to sit in the evenings and look at the beautiful views.Spiros was very attentive to our requests. Would love to come back one day.

Eating in Limeni was a bit limited and a bit touristy but we did find an excellent family run taverna on the other side of the bay.

We were very well looked after at Vasilios. The owner is so helpful and thoughtful and ensured that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, characterful and clean, the bathroom was super with a large Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower, we also had access to a small kitchenette. Breakfasts are taken on the terrace with spectacular views, though there is inside space as well. They were plentiful, with many options, all made with good quality ingredients including delicious freshly made omelettes.

There is nothing about this hotel not to like. Everything is immaculate and better than pictured.

We liked everything about our stay here!!! The hotel is at a perfect spot above Limeni. We walked and drive around Limeni and this hotel has THE BEST views of Limeni. We were in room #6 with unobstructed views of the town from our window and balcony! We were there for 3 nights and seriously consider coming back as this was the best part of our trip. Spiros, our host very warm and welcoming and made sure to provide everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding too! We felt really cared for!!

The apartment is a bit dark, maybe adding more lights would be good. But it's a reason to go outside to enjoy the nature!

The place was remarkable! Offered a high-quality room with enough beds for everyone, the host was very friendly and supplied everything we needed. The terrace with the view is out of this world, great place to chill and enjoy life. The breakfast is tasty.

Stunning hilltop location overlooking the crystal clear bay below. Comfortable, spacious room with kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Loved the balcony with sea view, and the delicious breakfast each morning, and the friendly, attentive service from Spiros! Limeni is a gorgeous little town and a great base for visiting the Mani peninsula.

A beautiful location overlooking the picturesque village of Limeni. The room was fabulous. The stone buildings and pathways are stunning. private and secure parking by the room. breakfast on the verandah overlooking the sea. Spyros was a charming and welcoming host. I genuinely wished I’d been able to book a longer stay but I am very much ‘on the road’ travelling around the Peloponnesus and beyond. If you’re coming this way, I highly recommend Vasilios Apartments. And Takis Restaurant right on the front in Limeni just 200m walk away, right on the water’s edge. I would love to return here one day. 11/10

We just loved our stay at this family run hotel. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. It was quiet, had a view and a patio, and was clean and was reasonably priced. The pictures on the website are accurate. The Limeni location was a perfect base for exploring the Mani area. The host was friendly, provided local information and catered to our vegetarian needs at breakfast, which was generous, high quality, with some different mostly homemade items each morning. We would love to return.

I can't think of one thing....

We had the most beautiful "stone house" with balcony to stay in. The room was furnished with furniture that matched the moment... Great location - just a few hundred meters walk to the tavernas. Nice little kitchen if you are staying more than one night. And the view!! Oh my!! The host provided a hot breakfast with local pastries, spinach pies, cheese, cold cuts, fresh OJ and eggs with bacon. Highly recommended!

We loved everything, and would definitely recommend it. A few pointers: Our room was wonderful, yet, it lacked natural daylight, not a major issue. But if more are to be built , bigger windows would be great. The hotel is beautiful, the stone masonry design is modern yet authentic, it would be nice if there were some flowers to add colour to the ambiance.

There was so much to Love The location and view are just striking. The family room was good for a family of four. The host was beyond nice, and soo helpful. He provided information, directions and got us whatever we asked for. Breakfast was just amazing. Good coffee ham cheese, yogurt, cakes pastries, eggs on order, fruit.. vegetables and more.
