It was all fantastic - nothing bad to say

Everything! The property is centrally located in Agia Marina with lots of restaurants close by. I got there and was upgraded to the most amazing room with a plunge pool and a view to die for!! But everything about this hotel is fantastic - it’s got a lovely pool and its own private beach - you really don’t need to go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend the breakfast it’s such good value, I couldn’t believe that they kept bring me food - all for a set price. But most of all what makes this hotel is the staff. They always greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Aggelos and the guys and the lovely girl at the beach bar are always on hand to make you the most delicious cocktails. Can’t recommend the place enough

I was upgraded to a bigger room with a nice jacuzzi, the rooms were really clean with the ocean view. There is lots of really good restaurants around (gorgona, Neraida, botonis) shout out to the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Highly recommend to visit this island.

An incredible vacation for our family (2 adults, 2 children - 6 and 8 years old)! Everyone on the hotel staff was so warm and welcoming, and made a point to learn our kids' names. The highlight was certainly the room - we booked a suite with a private plunge pool and a sea view, and it far surpassed our expectations...so much so that our kids never wanted to leave the room. The morning breakfast at the hotel is unmatched! The beach was so nice (even in the shoulder season - April), and just steps away from the hotel.

Nothing! Amazing hotel.

WOW! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in ages. The setting is absolutely beautiful - stunning white sand, crystal blue water beach and the hotel is right on the beach. Chania town is gorgeous - amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, walks and sights. really romantic and interesting. The hotel's facilities are wonderful - there's a really good, properly hot sauna. There's great exercise equipment and they organise great yoga classes. I came away feeling like a new person! My Mum almost stayed another week she didn't want to come back so much. We were very kindly offered an upgrade to one of the two bedroom rooms and the view from the upstairs is like nowhere I have ever stayed - floor to ceiling windows! There's lovely free toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel! It's spotless. Great showers. We had Netflix. The staff are just lovely - nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend highly enough!

The location is amazing right on the beach and close to bars and shops. As well as the bus stop very easy to get around.

Nothing to do with the hotel but if I had to split hairs I thought that the establishment that rents canoes, paddle boats near to the hotel could sometimes get a little loud. But if it bothers you it really isn't a problem as the beach is long and wide and you can just move on to the adjoining beach. Walking the beach in the morning in fact was a real pleasure and it was fun to find new places to swim.

What a remarkable experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel sits directly on a beautiful beach but is also surrounded by countless tavernas, markets and shops. So you can choose to chill out at the beach or eat out, shop, etc. It's about a 15 minute drive to the charming Venetian port in Chania if you want to visit the old town. What I so loved about this hotel was that it was small, so you could get to know the people and each person that works there is wonderful. A beautiful staff that is very professional and works as a true team. No request is too difficult and they perform their jobs always with a kind smile. They make everything look effortless. When I arrived they upgraded my room just to be kind. Such a lovely gesture and I so appreciated it. My room was beautiful and the view was amazing. They have a spa and a sauna too. I took the sauna just before bedtime and slept like a rock. Breakfasts were wonderful with a wide variety of freshly prepared food to choose from, and could be taken directly on the beach if you wished. What a warm, wonderful place to spend my vacation. It really felt like a home away from home. If you are looking at different places, and you are not sure where to book, stop looking and book here. You won't regret it.

The sea view of my room wasn’t the best, with very little privacy on the balcony. Definitely not worth the extra cost. Loads of lights in front of the bedroom window, making it hard to sleep as the curtains do not block out much light. Annoying sales people on the beach trying to sell bracelets, massages etc. No adult-only hotel, so be prepared to hear kids screaming from early morning. Do not expect peace and quiet at the pool either…

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are having the best time. Location is great right on the beach with plenty of beach loungers. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and the best sea view. From a great welcome cocktail over a handwritten recommendation list, to a goodbye present, you feel very welcome at this hotel. Plenty of parking available and loads of nice restaurants walking distance. 20min drive from Chania old town is convenient too!

Hard to think of anything.

The hotel did not look much from the main road. However it went a long way back and had all kinds of facilities. The beach was especially good looking out over Islands and across to Chania. Staff were very helpful and always very friendly.. It even had its own car park.

From the moment we got there to when we said goodbye, the staff were incredible. They were helpful when our car broke down, they were forthcoming with recommendations for restaurants, activities and beaches that were local, in chania or on the west side of Crete. The facilities were great, food was great. The Hotel had such a family feel to it and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll be back.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel right on the beach. We went in off-season and the hotel upgraded us to seafront bigger rooms which we really appreciated. The rooms are new and there are several family suites. Excellent breakfast and friendly food/drink service on the beach. An important detail is that this side of the Agia Marina beach is wide and sandy, while the beach a bit further away from Chania becomes rocky and uncomfortable for swimming. Don't miss Chania, it is a wonderful town, and the public bus runs frequently right in front of the hotel (30 min ride). Overall, highly recommended. I would come back, although I imagine in the summer it gets really crowded.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this lovely place. It's situated right on the beach, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast by the beach was truly delightful. Traveling for work alone can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to assist me. I want to extend a special thanks to Dionisis and Aggelos for their exceptional hospitality. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Our room was situated right next to a bustling street, making it noisy throughout our stay. Additionally, the soundproofing left much to be desired, as we could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, from the scraping of chairs to slamming doors. Considering the relatively high price tag compared to other four-star rated hotels, we expected a quieter and more peaceful experience.

The hotel's prime beachfront location was the highlight, and having excellent restaurants within walking distance added to the convenience. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free parking, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, contributing to our overall positive experience.

Not to mention the incredible staff, with their friendly smiles, their genuine desire to help and to please everybody at all times - nothing was too much effort or too much trouble for them. The hotel is perfectly positioned with direct access to the beach. The facilities are amazing and the warm staff will cater for everything you need. Restaurant and bar overlooking beach with service extended to your sunbed ! Food and attention to detail was amazing
